The instructors are awesome! The locker rooms are much improved. It would be nice if they had more cycle classes. It’s definitely a for profit company. Sometimes I feel like I’m on a JetBlue flight and they are trying to sell me their credit card. ?

Great gym with plenty of amenities! Jen at the front desk is really a Karen and takes her job way too seriously!

My rating for this gym used to be a 4, but now it’s a 3. The highest tier membership Life Time used to have was called Diamond. Having this membership meant you could use the executive locker room. I was surprised to learn one day that I couldn’t use the executive locker room, (which by the way has at least 150 to 200 lockers in it and the most people I’ve ever seen in it was maybe 20), because there is no longer a Diamond membership and now you have to pay an additional fee of you want to use it. Seems like either a desperate, greedy or both decision by Life Time to make more money at the club. Doesn’t make me want to spend more at all. Don’t take people’s benefits away randomly, it’s dumb and bad business.

Just learned that rates increased and to maintain my current access, I need to pay $50 more per month!! After years of membership, it’s time to shop around.

You pay your membership dues in full and they terminate your membership after 20 years of being a member. Excellent business strategy!

I wish Medicare members were not limited to certain hours. Just because we are seniors and on limited income, does not mean we are second-rate citizens. Rina Bileski Plymouth MN

Came in ask for a tour and the guy in front on 3-23-24 around 6:30 PM. He didn't care or even give us a tour or at least call someone to help us. We are lost and not sure where to go and just left. When walking out he was just on his phone! This makes me mad! I just walk out! Never coming back here. Lazy workers ans it's not hard for a tour take less than 5 minutes I would assume.

I'll start with the positive, the gym itself and the equipment are decent. But if that's what you're looking for, just go to a decent gym and skip paying the premium price for the same thing. Aside from that, everything is poorly run or intentionally non transparent to get people to not use it. Do yourself a favor when you come in, ask for a listing of salon services and prices (they won't have one). Ask to see a schedule of the kids swim classes, as the online portal is horribly broken (they won't have one). Ask for a print out if pilates classes and prices ( they won't have one). And these are just a few examples. Everything you want to do outside of the core gym is managed by one person, and that person has shared no info with anyone else. So every effort to do anything is multi day long journey of misinformation as you wait for a reply from the single person who actually knows something about that area. When you find that person it's generally revealed that everything you've heard so far is wrong. Like I said, not sure if it's run this way to be scammy and keep members utilization rates low, or if it's just horribly mismanaged. Either way it's not worth the price.

Our family of 4 have had such a wonderful experience utilizing the kids services, kids camps, swimming lessons, parents night out, kids academy drop in's etc. Shannon has been absolutely amazing in accommodating us with some special needs. She truly has a passion for caring for and working with kids. Give Shannon all the raises! Also Meghan in the life spa has been amazing with my husband and both kids hair cuts! I have a very sensitive child that refused cuts for the longest time, but loves Meghan because of her patience and kind energy with kids.

Everyone knows that sitting is the new smoking, and even with many of us back in the office at least part of the time, it's really hard to get your 7,000 a day. The season of air-hurts-your-face is upon us, making it even harder. Enter Life Time. Conveniently located and chock-full of great amenities, this gym makes it easy to boost your activity levels. There's tons of options to get your heart pumping, from all kinds of great cardio machines to sports courts to an indoor track (essential for Minnesota winter) and classes. For those after a new PR, there is just about anything your resistance training heart could desire, be it free weights, machines, TRX, or personal training. Whether you love being surrounded by others working toward the same goal or prefer to pursue your goals solo, you'll find a place and time for your dream gym session. I have only enjoyed a small sample of what this gym has to offer, but I am so impressed. Everything has been clean and well-stocked every time I have arrived, and I love to treat myself to a nice sauna session after a long day. Friendly and helpful staff is always around, and the app makes it easy to peruse the gym's offerings and book a class. I absolutely recommend checking it out wherever you are in your fitness journey.

My home court for pickleball. The pickleball pros and coordinators are really friendly. I'm meeting good and fun players here.

My absolute favorite lifetime location! The main fitness level is great. I love the indoor track they have. The golf simulation is pretty neat.
