I just bought myself a birthday present and the team at Max’s, led by owner, Ellen, were terrific! Everyone was kind, helpful, and happy. My bracelet needed sizing and that happened very efficiently! I will definitely continue to shop at Max’s.

The staff at Max's Jewelry were wonderful to work with! My partner and I were unsure of where to start with engagement rings, and they provided excellent guidance to make sure we got a ring that we loved. The staff were personable and always remembered us when we walked in.

I purchased a beautiful gold band with a leaf pattern. 5 leaves on one side and 4 on the other. Small diamonds connected the vines holding the leaves. I have 2 married children. My son has 5 in his family; my daughter has 4 in her family. This ring really spoke to me and reminded me of my cherished family. Max's staff showed me many options and never made me feel pressured to purchase a ring. They made it easy to shop, and fun. Thank you for a lovely experience and a fabulous ring!

The staff at Max’s were outstanding at helping me get the gold hoops I’d been eyeing for a while. The first pair, which they had to order in for just the right size, had a slight defect. The jeweler kindly reordered another pair, which worked out perfectly. Max’s carries exquisite jewelry and gifts. Their attention to detail is outstanding. For example, my earrings came in a leather pouch for traveling, and I even received a thank you tin of chocolates.
