I did all the paperwork and checked all the boxes for the vacate portion of my unit. I left the lock on so random people wouldn’t go in my unit. I called multiple people to confirm that I was good to go and everyone said I was good and no longer owed on the unit. The manager Lerough? (Spelling?) called and said I still owe another month because the lock was on my unit. I had gone in to remove it and checked with the woman at the front desk and she said I was good to go and have no further invoices. He calls me 2 weeks later saying I still owe? For what? He refused to do anything for me even though I did everything in the proper channels I was told to and was told by multiple people I was properly vacated. Customer service is horrible and they will try to gouge you for nothing. Even when you were a great tenant.

Lack of service. Sign contract with unit numbers and rates for 2 units Rented truck to do drop off, given the incorrect unit number. No one available to assist. Colisidsted into 1 unit, canceled second unit. Advised paid in full through June. Once we received invoice rate increase without notification. Decided to move out and being held accountable to error otherwise it will go to collections. Amber mentioned owner is no longer covering errors by employees and need to be paid by consumer. Wow!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My husband rented a van for 1:30 pickup. When he arrived, there was a note in the door saying they were out. There were 2 numbers to call listed on the note (neither of them was the number for the location), and nobody answered either of them. My husband waited around for 25 minutes, still nothing. So he went to run other errands in hopes that they would be back when he came back. Nope! So I googled the number for the location, and someone hung up the first time I called, but answered the second. Marie was very unprofessional and even belched over the phone. She told me the van he rented wasn’t actually available. No apologies for my husband’s wait, no apologies for not having his rental. Nothing. He eventually got a van, but he had to drive to a different location for it, and it was an hour after his scheduled pickup.

The process was very easy. Staff is very helpful and efficient. Move in went as planned because I was well prepared by staff.

We have been using this facility for many months and my most recent interactions with staff members Megan and Marie have been perfect! I have appreciated the help and friendliness provided whenever I have a question or need to modify my storage needs. There are currently great specials, too, and it's very easy to use. I'm perfectly happy with Meadowbrook and my storage experience.

Terrible place. They advertise low rates, than add multiple fees. They add a $5 monthly convenience fee if you pay by credit card even if you pay all the expenses for several months in advance. There is also a monthly "climate control fee" that is not mentioned in the advertising The "office hours" are not reliable-they are frequently away from the office. The climate control is supposed to be set at 80 degrees (summer) but it frequently is not working even when the thermostat on the unit says 82. AVOID THIS PLACE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. THEY ARE VERY DECEPTIVE GETTING YOU IN THE DOOR, THAN TACK ON MULTIPLE FEES.On a positive note-the office staff (especially Marie) are outstanding and very helpful.

I used the outside storage at Meadowbrook Storage. I always felt that my trailer was secure in that location. The staff was very accommodating. I appreciated their help.

I'm really pleased with Meadowbrook. The facility is large and immaculately clean. The staff is unfailingly polite and helpful. I've rented a storage unit from them and also a Uhaul van. In every respect, they have been excellent. When you rent from them or any other place, do ask them to spell out "extra" charges that might be there: plus, plus for temp control, rental initiation, etc.

I just moved into a storage unit and rented a 15' truck from Meadowbrook Self Storage. Everything went fine and Libby at the front desk was very helpful and professional. The unit and truck ended up being a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but it wasn't a shocking difference. My future monthly storage payment will fit my budget well. The interior where the units are was very clean and well lit. They have several bay doors that you can back a truck up to, including one with a ramp. Also, you can bring your own lock or buy one from them (I had my own). Overall, it has been a really good experience.
