“Highly recommend! I requested a fairly short turnaround time for a floral delivery (only about 4 hours) to an address that is at least a 30 minutes from Westdale. I didn't really expect that they would be able to accommodate my request but the flowers were delivered before the time I asked for and they were lovely! Thank you so much!”

“A beautifully curated plant store for many unusual/uncommon plants and cacti plus some old faithfuls, too. Amongst the plants are products ranging from gorgeous plant pots of all sizes, t-shirts, essential oils, etc. Plus they have an area behind the retail space that can be rented for events.”
“They always have everything I need and I don’t have to leave the city. $53 for a large cart of firewood, $30 for a bundle of 10 fresh spruce tops. Everything is a good value.”

“This store has really lovely plants and gift items. Lots of artsy things. Would be a good place to pick up a hostess gift, stocking staffers for a gardener, etc. I was surprised at the plant prices, but that may just be supply chain and inflation issues and the fact that I haven't been shopping for plants in a while. If you like plants and gardening, its definitely worth a stop and the store is really cute.”

The one I ordered was not in spike, so Jason reached out to me with an alternative that ended up being so much better than my choice. My mother-in-law loved it. “Travis and his team helped us take down a couple of diseased trees and helped us remove some trees that were just too densely planted. He also helped us trim our remaining trees so that they would be healthier in the years to come. Travis was helpful, professional, and gave us great advice and guidance on how to manage our trees and at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.”

“I don't live in Eden Prairie and rarely have business there, but I will be shopping at this specific Home Depot from now on. The employee who helped me, Lauren Nelson, was an absolute treasure. She is kind, funny, and extremely helpful! I had gone in with a couple of items in mind and in the midst of helping me find those items, she also helped me find some other things that I needed and all for great prices. She was very knowledgeable and I could tell by our interactions that she is an absolute veteran when it comes to customer service. Sincerely one of the best shopping experiences that I have ever had! I hope Lauren is working every time I visit the store. I'd give her and this store 10 stars if I could!

“The flower center is great when the flowers first arrive... then they seem to lack the proper care such as watering and the selection tends to dwindle out due to lack of attention. Prices are good if you get there at the right time!”
“We just bought a house so of course we needed a laundry list of items. We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”

“There are two black guys who work the self checkout in the morning time on the weekdays who are super upbeat and friendly every single time I come into this location. Awesome customer service, always quick to be helpful without being overbearing. I should have gotten their names before posting this review, but just wanted to shout them out for their awesome work. I visit Home Depot locations all over the twin cities regularly, and these two fellows consistently provide the best checkout experience by far. Hats off, and promotions deserved!”

“I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”
