“Westdale Floral did an AMAZING job with not only the floral arrangements I ordered for Valentine’s Day but also the CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome. Basically they called to see if we were around as the flowers would have been ruined because of the outside temperature. So on the second attempt which was now Valentine’s Day, I had given them the wrong address. They went above and beyond to clear up what was clearly a mistake on my part to assure my wife received her flowers!”
“I've been to most, if not all local plant nurseries, in the twin cities. Mother Earth continues to be the one I truly cannot leave empty handed! And it's not because they're pushy (not at all), but because they have such variety. My collection consists of a large percent of their plants, pot, soils, soil additives, pest control sprays, etc. They have fair prices, a large selection, and staff that are sooo helpful with any plant related questions. They also do indoor and outdoor plants which is nice for people that do one, or both! Highly recommend and go regularly.”

“I'm not a plant person (I like plants, but it's not fair to the plants because I forget to water them so they have very short lives at my house) - but I wanted to buy a couple plants as gifts. A friend referred me here - I can see why, it's a really cool place! Even though I knew what I wanted, I had no idea where it would be in the greenhouse. After walking in, I spotted an employee and asked them for help. I wish I'd have paid attention to their name, they were so helpful and not only showed me where to find what I was looking for and answered a few questions, they walked us over to a little cabinet that had care cards for what I was buying, to give to the recipient with basic instructions for caring for each plant.Fantastic experience and lots to choose from.”
“What I assume to be the "main" Bachman's locale, this is the largest store and can cover your plant, garden, gift, and even food needs! Came here during the holiday season, and while it was definitely busy, there's lots of parking and the store is so spacious that it doesn't feel crowded. There are spaces for more gift type items and the garden center gir plants and other items like that. Then there's also a small Cafe with coffee, pastries, and some light food items. So many options for shopping! The biggest downfall is location - getting in and out of the parking lot is not easy. Sign up for the rewards program and get coupons!”
“Very reasonable pickup and delivery costs. Staff is friendly and jeeps you posted on your repair. Appears to be a family owned business, so even better. These folks are tops as far as I am concerned.”

“This is a difficult review to write because Bachman's usually does such a good job. I'm adding a star for past performance. I ordered a multi-colored rose bouquet for Valentine's Day 2024 and picked it up at the store on Valentine's Day. They were in a vase and wrapped in plastic. When I removed the plastic at home, 4 of the roses immediately fell to the side. 2 of the lighter colored roses had already begun to brown. They didn't last. These roses should have been sold or discarded 3-4 days before the day they were sold to me.”
“Pure joy! What a wonderful and beautiful place. I stopped by to window shop (I was visiting from out of state so buying plants for a plane ride home wouldn’t have worked well) and I took some of the most beautiful photos and picked up some cards to mail out. If I lived close by I would be there weekly. Stop by if you can!”

“I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999--15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it's easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don't make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It's also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don't know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off--so I can't always find them when I really need them. Overall...good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what's on the shelves, and don't ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. -Daddy Maxx Retro”
“The staff at Orchids Limited are only surpassed by the amazing variety of healthy beautiful orchids and rare plants. The greenhouse is spotless and well kept. The plants are healthy and well cared for. The variety in plants and the different costs, so you can get a lovely orchid and not have to spend a fortune. I think the real strongpoint is their staff though. The staff is not only very friendly, well informed and knowledgeable, they really care about the plants and who they go to! I highly recommend Orchids Limited.”
“We were frustrated and had just come from a Lowe's where the store employee was unhelpful and made a rude and sexist comment to my fiancee.
Mason from the Brooklyn Park Home Depot, on the other hand, gave us exceptional service, even better than I was expecting. He was very cordial and knowledgable, and gave us a great electric mower recommendation. Thanks again, Mason! I was really annoyed by that Lowe's employee and you totally turned my frustration around.”
“A gentleman who I think worked in home and garden provided such exceptional service. I could help believe it. Even pushed my court and helped me find all the items I needed all over the store.

“The flower center is great when the flowers first arrive... then they seem to lack the proper care such as watering and the selection tends to dwindle out due to lack of attention. Prices are good if you get there at the right time!”

We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”
“This has been my go to place for the randomness of my job and taking care of my home. I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service . Whenever I stop by I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful workers. On busy days sometimes you have to be patient for for assistance . A worker told me that if you look up the item you are looking for online it actually lists which aisle and what section the item is in. This has been super helpful for when I visit. This has been great. Sometimes when they do not have the item I want in stock there's so much more on their website. I've had these delivered to my place of work and also done pick ups at the actual. It has been super h lồi.”

“Great location, great staff! I did once experience a staffer going customer to customer to give a long spiel about water heaters that were on sale. That was super annoying. And sometimes the prices are a little higher than average.”
“Employee Nina was really helpful and responsive to me when I was tired and crabby about another employee who was just looking at his phone and clueless. She helped me find two items and marked one down when a similar item was unavailable. Great service. If she isn't already a manager, she should be!”
“At the entrance a younger man pointed me to where to look for an item for ghafari. I went to the garden center and the lady who was there told me she doesn't think they have it but there is another gentleman in the back who might know. So I went to that other gentleman was busy, he finished his work and he walked all the way inside show me where that item was. Very helpful. Easy access to Highway 494 and plenty of parking. They seemed well staffed today including a gentleman giving candies to children. In Sweden they give candies to children only on Saturdays. Maybe you should have the same philosophy here in USA. Praying and leaving was relatively fast. The place was clean and very busy for Saturday morning. Shelves and items were properly put in their respective places. I would say it was a pleasant experience.”

“I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”
