place has had no working AC for months - terrible experience as a customer, can only imagine how bad it is for the workers. an employee told me OSHA was contacted about it but it’s still been months. terrible, terrible business practice to allow unworkable conditions to continue - i will not be patronizing this or any location

Asher was very friendly and positive despite no ac in a heat advisory, kept a positive attitude and made me feel welcomed, they where super informative when i had a question and explained everything throughly to me :)

Sally Beauty #860 St.Louis Park store. Whoever the girl is with rainbow colored hair that works there, you walked in the store right before I did on Tuesday June 17 around 12pm, I don't know your name because you didn't have a name tag on, you were the rudest person I've ever encountered. I will not be shopping at your store ever again.

I come to this store specifically frequently! Last time I needed a new bottle of revitalizing shampoo and the girl with the purple hair was very helpful. 5 stars!

First and only time ever coming to this Sally’s. Never in my life have I EVER had a manager walk up to me, introduce themselves, shake my hand, and ask for my name. After I left, it clicked that it was mostly like because they thought I was going to steal, and were trying to deter me from doing so. What a great way to deter actual paying customers, lol.
Store had what I needed to dye my hair black but I have never seen a Sally’s that’s lacking so intensely.

I haven't had too bad of an experience, but at least 50% of the time I go to this location, it'll be closed despite saying on Google that it's open, and the hours on the window saying it's open.

Ordered hair dye for pick up and went twice during store hours to get it but they were closed each time. They shouldn’t allow pick up if they will not be open.

Didn’t catch a name but had the nicest gal help me today. She had a little necklace with an “S” and was very helpful and encouraging finding a color to cover up a previous hair coloring gone wrong ?

ZERO stars. I went in to look for a particular product. Said "hello" to the person at the counter and she looked up and said nothing but she did glare at me. I didn't stick around, they didn't have what I wanted so I left. Never coming back either!
