Nancy J. Very disappointed in customer service. We reached out to the for our pontoon boat loan September 2023 for we had fraud on our checking account and we needed to give them our new banking info. We spoke to a gentleman and gave our new banking info. We considered this staff member to make our payment current. He did not and has left. First of November were looking at our account and saw that the payments were not coming out of our new account that we gave them in September. We had two calls with the credit union in November and also gave them our banking info to pay up our account. Come December my credit was dinged. I have never had my credit dinged. We called in and spoke with a team member ( I am being nice not to use names). She took my payment over the phone for the past two months and then for the current month. She then sent me the DocuSign go have our payments come out monthly. I shared why could this not have happened in September and then in November when we spoke with them. She shared that she saw no conversations details but saw why had called in. I was frustrated and I wanted to leave a note to their customer service and she ended up forwarding my note. We received a call back from their member services contact and we stressed our frustration on we were proactive in getting them the correct info for the payments to be on time. She said that we were at fault and she could not fix the credit damage. Being in customer service myself I shared she was not listening to us on when we started this process back in September. How could our Dec contact finally help us and three other times of contact have failed. Now today after all the payments are up today and forward by one month. Plus, we are on automatic payment I received a second hit on my credit by Share Point. I am besides myself. I would never use Share Point Credit Union again. I would welcome them to call me and help me if they are willing to be customer service friendly.

Blake S. Was so helpful in supporting me to obtain the appropriate documentation I needed for my home buying process. He was thorough, ensuring I received the accurate information, and cautiously explained the additional fees I could accrue dependent on information I requested. He was patient, friendly and did not rush me. He was great help. ??Thank you Blake, I appreciate your excellent customer service skills with the members!

I have always had a great experience with SharePoint Credit Union. In particular, Patty at the SLP office has been OUTSTANDING, and has gone out of her way repeatedly to ensure that our needs were being met. I can't say enough good things about her.

I first heard of Sharepoint from Leandro, just yesterday I closed my first loan with him and Patty. They made everything so easy and smooth. My brother also got a car loan here because of them! They are such a great team.

Great experience with Kristin Ginter at the Andover branch securing a HELOC recently. The whole process was easy and I felt like Kristin was really on it, making sure we knew what the next steps were and providing updates as the approval process moved forward. Customer service was top notch. Glad to be a member.

The customer service was exceptional, I was helped by Leandro Vargas when applying for a car loan. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. Any questions I had he responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with SharePoint at this location was outstanding.

My husband is a member for 20 years, he feel happy to visit from Shakopee to St. Louis park but today the lady was in the miss Lea place she is Latina wearing glasses was really rude with us we feel treat with racism!! Please take care that !! Never feel treated like she did today!!

Absolutely brutal I would not do business with this place. You can never get a number to go to your local branch. Evidently they’re too big or too small to care I don’t get it.

I’ve been doing business with this bank since 2017. I’m very dissatisfied with the operation’s. The mobile deposit wants you to write with your signature SharePoint mobile deposit only. This seems ridiculous to me. They reversed the deposit until I resubmit the check. Over the years I’ve had other problems but nothing as petty as this. Some people like the smaller banks to hopefully get better services however it’s definitely not true at this bank.

The last few interactions with employees I have had at this branch left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, the atm is constantly out of money. If this continues I will be seeking a different Institution to handle my banking needs.
