I received exemplary customer service today at the Knollwood location. I’m kicking myself for not grabbing the gals name but she was tall with micro bangs and an alternative vibe. I noticed an error on a pickup order from the end of May and stopped in unsure if anything would be able to be done to resolve it given the amount of time that had passed and the nature of the error. She immediately put my worries to rest and got me taken care of quickly and with an amazing air of compassion and kindness. That kind of customer care can be few and far between these days and I am really grateful for such a seamless positive experience during my visit. Thank you!!!!!

Staff helpful and friendly. Selection is fantastic. I go for makeup products mostly, but great skincare products.

Super helpful here. I was able to order my things online (because they were significantly cheaper on the app) and she had my stuff ready within 20 minutes.

G is the best cosmetologist I’ve had in a really long time. I was raised around hair stylists I know hair. She has always done an amazing job she listens to what you want and really try’s to help you figure out what you need when it comes to product and hair care. This women who reviewed prior to me about G obviously dose not understand that color can get on ears and face when it’s being applied to your hair and head (it’s called color remover) and maybe you should explain and communicate better exactly what you want because your stylist can only do and what you explain to them to do. So Good Job being a Karen Neelam and knowing nothing about being a decent human being.

I’m simply writing this review to talk about the fabulous Lynette. She’s alway so so sweet and oh so patient. I’ve been in the store many of times at different hours and she’s alway so classy, welcoming and so professional. To everyone not just me.

Hannah in the salon has been cutting my hair for a little over a year - I came to her after the worst haircut of my life (different salon) and she has earned my loyalty. She is overwhelmingly talented, patient, and fun to work with. I couldn't recommend her more.

I had the worst ever experience with a stylist named G at this Ulta salon. She was absolutely clueless!
It started with my shirt getting completely soaked in the back while she shampooed my hair, which she blamed on my long hair. I asked her for a hair trim of half an inch. Half way through the cut, I noticed the amount of hair that was falling on the floor and checked with her about the length. She replied that she needed to take more off from just the layers to level them. After she was done I saw that she took almost 2 inches off of my overall length!! My face framing was completely uneven on both sides and she seemed very irritated when I asked her to fix it.
She also did not know how to style at all and left quite a bit of color on my ears and face, which I luckily noticed before leaving.
Students at a beauty school do a better job than her! I am beyond disappointed!

The salon staff are horrible ! Rylie was rude and not knowledgeable about hair coloring or products . Tries to blame clients for her lack of skills... especially rude to disabled clients and not compassionate at all. The manager is just as bad too!

I don't know what ellicited this experience, but after indicating I didn't want to give my phone number to buy makeup products, there were several attempts to sway me into giving my phone number. I don't care about what you do with people's numbers, but I'd like to not be harassed as a customer into giving mine regardless of my reasoning. First time into this store in awhile, and I was impressed that such a simple transaction had to be so desperate. What sort of inordinate pressure are you putting on your employees for such a ridiculous experience to occur? Exemplary
