The PCAs I had from AbbeyCare 1) stole from me, 2) didn't show up and the office staff never returns voice-mail and treats you like you're a nuisance. I wouldn't bother.

Terrible company I wouldn’t work here at all horrible payroll practices and also no rise they don’t pay the minimum wage as they should by law what a joke work for this company for years they don’t want you to make any money won’t give you any new clients they count your pockets.

Their employees suck. Cindy does whatever she wants to take time off. They steal clients food and beverage. Don’t provide for themselves. Treat clients like garbage. Rude. Dishonest. Go elsewhere.

Healthcare is already at a crisis. This company doesn’t help in anyway. As a PCA worker I found employment else where. As someone who took care of a client for five years with this company she has been spoken down to, calls ignored, or they’ll call and say we found you someone but that someone doesn’t show up. She constantly heard we’re working on it. As an employee, they find any excuse to delay your paycheck. Unless you plan on caring for your family member or just want a little second income look else where.

They told their worker that she can start work on a certain date. It was the wrong date. They have omitted to their mistake. Which was their mistake why she started to work early. They held her pay to make her pay for their mistake. This was very dishonest and not taking responsibility for Abby Care’s action.

Abbey Care should be 1/2 star!!! What a joke 4 years NO RAISE!! RUDE RUDE RUDE is how id describe the staff! Tim is always calling telling you to commit fraud by adjusting your time cards so they can pay you for what they want verse what you have actually worked!!! I've had to call the labor lawyers on them to get my pay check!! Its always something with them from come in to the office dirty and stinky because office staff cant handle "smells" of laundry soap perfume shampoo NOTHING!! Such a joke all the way around ill be moving my client to a new agency asap! My advice would be DO NOT WORK FOR ABBEY CARE!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE!!!

They make you take a recertification test that they have been similar complaints for and still do nothing to help those in need of their certificate renewal to stay employed and survive ??!!
