The shop made in error in billing—they did not collect from insurance prior to releasing my vehicle. I was provided with a bill that said I owed $0, and was told that insurance would take care of the entire bill. Insurance had previously issued me a check for the initial estimate, but when the shop told me that I owed $0, I assumed that insurance would contact me about that. Less than a week later, I received a text from caliber that I would be sent to collections if I did not pay the full amount by the end of the day. I have not received a bill from them that reflects the amount that was paid to them by insurance or what is owed by me. This was an error made by their personnel—they did not collect payment before releasing the vehicle to me—and I find it wildly unprofessional for them to threaten me with collections when only a week has passed and I have not intentionally skipped out on payment.

I was in a car accident about a month ago. When I was in the accident, I called Caliber Collision because they were recommended. I spoke with someone named Katie, and she said she would wait for the car and let me know if anything else was needed. About 48 hours after the accident, I hadn't heard anything from Caliber. I called them and they told me they never got the car and didn't know where it was. No one had an explanation for why I didn't receive a call when my car didn't arrive when expected. I finally found my car after making multiple other calls, and it was at a tow yard. I had to rent a car for an extra two days while they took about a week to do the estimate, which was a total. It was really stressful, and everyone pushed the responsibility of my MISSING CAR onto someone else. It was extremely unorganized and messy.

Went to Caliber after getting hit back in June. I was so frustrated (who likes getting repairs done when it wasn’t their fault?), but Elizabeth put me totally at ease. She was so great and so reassuring. She communicated consistently throughout the whole process. My car looks amazing! The team at Caliber did excellent work, and they even washed and vacuumed it, which was such an unexpected treat. Would highly recommend.

Caliber collision is the best auto body especially the one on university ave in st paul, I was very satisfied with the whole process from the time that I first brought in the my vehicle to the time I picked it up, and I also was very satisfied with the communication from marcy about the process of the repair, I felt she really went out and beyond the call of duty in keeping me informed. I have to say kelly was very friendly and honest and very courteous with also letting me know about the process of my vehicle and always has that friendly bright attitude with a positive smile to really making a customer feel welcome especially from the first time you walk in to the time that you pick up your vehicle and is very thoughtful and positive toward customers. Keep up the awesome work caliber , you definitely have my business for a long time .

AMAZING service, repair, communication, EVERYTHING! Team was efficient and very friendly. Great location (easy to get to by public transit). The repairs needed to happen over a holiday, and the team rushed the parts delivery and got it back to us 2 days before we were expecting it. Our car looks better than it did BEFORE the accident. Unbelievable repair work! (Just be aware they aren't open on the weekends or over holidays, so if you are going to get in an accident, I recommend NOT doing so on the Friday before the 4th of July lol)

I got my truck back before the scheduled date. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable . Staff kept me in loop with throughout the repair process via text and phone calls. I am extremely satisfied
