Totally incompetent. I brought a screen window to be duplicated and was told it would take 3 weeks, they made me pay for it up front, then proceeded to lose the sample screen as well as the new replacement as well. Then they had the audacity to say I never brought it there. I later after several calls was told they were found at a store a few miles away. That store didn't have them either. Then say that they will call me and don't. When I call back, they say they will have to figure something out. Unbelievable. I will never go back. Keep your receipts!

Love this store, for being a smaller space, I find it amazing what they have in this location. Not bad that I can walk there too.

Took care of a broken storm windows. They said they're able to fabricate new custom storms. All at a reasonable price.

Truly unmatched kindness and helpfulness. I always come here first for any parts or problem solving. They dont judge when I dont know about a tool, and they have a lot of knowledge.
