They bought out Acorn and jacked everybody’s rent up 60%. I live in the same building, and it was nice to have 24/7 access to my stuff, but they took that away, on top of it. Once I get some people to help me, I’m moving my stuff somewhere else. It’s just not worth it.

Raquel was AMAZING in helping us get a storage space. She was super friendly and answered all our questions. She helped walk us through using the app and gaining access to the facility. She even stayed a little late to help us through some technical difficulties.

They lie. They'll say they closed ur unit then charge u. Then they talk to you like you're a child. I've tried them more then a few times now whiching companies.
