Terrible online delivery service. I made the mistake of opting for an online delivery service today as my car broke down. Even though this Aldi store is not far away from where I live (0.4 m) yet I didn’t feel like walking on the icy roads. So the thing is Aldi online delivery is done through Instacart. For a 0.4 mile journey delivery I tipped the delivery driver with 15 bucks taking into account the road conditions but how does the delivery person repay me with the generous tips?. She left all my shopped products in a box on the side walk when all she had to do was climb a 8 steps stairs and leave it at my door. Terribly outrageous thing to do. But what’s the most infuriating thing is I didn’t received any delivery experience rating survey from Aldi like I do from most other stores. So folks steer away from ordering online with Aldi.

If you do not know how Aldis works you won’t have a good experience because it’s not like your traditional grocery. But this is a decent aldis and I can usually find what I’m looking for and more for a reasonable price. My only qualm is the long checkout lines with one or two cashiers but the cashiers are quick and they will call another associates to open a line. But other than that I enjoy my experience at aldi

😡 Terrible experience and absolutely inadequate service
Rating: ⭐ (0 out of 10)
This is probably the worst store I've ever been to. Rating 0 out of 10 (if that were possible). An absolutely unbearable experience caused by the inadequate behavior of the staff and terrible organization of work.
Main problems:
* Inadequate Cashier and Insane Queue: The saleswoman was extremely unfriendly and inadequate. She started throwing products around at the checkout. Moreover, she stated that I needed to stand in line three times! The service was incredibly slow, which, combined with the cashier's behavior, was simply shocking.
* Terrible Queues and Only One Cashier: There are constantly huge queues in the store because most of the time only one cashier is working. Due to the need to pack all purchases yourself (since there are no bags), the process is extremely slow.
* Lack of Basic Inventory (Shopping Carts and Bags): There are no shopping carts in the store, and customers have to carry products in their hands or look for some dirty boxes on the floor. There aren't even any bags! All items have to be packed yourself, which exacerbates the problem with queues.
This store requires a complete restructuring of management and staff training. This is not just an inconvenience, it's an outright hostile environment for customers. I do not recommend anyone to go here

No customer service either in store or on website. The food selection was 80% off name brands that I have not heard of before. Minimal selection in the products that I wanted. The concept, store products and management needs to be overhauled.

As an avid Aldi shopper, I would recommend doing your shopping at another location, like the Eagan or Inver Grove Heights store. This store was not well stocked and had the least variety of product. There is no self checkout and you end up waiting in line for longer than necessary. The cashiers are not super friendly either. Clean store, but one of the least impressive Aldi's I've been to.
