Trust in why they have so many 1 star reviews. Scott said one thing and once they were paid and delivered the appliances which were to be installed all of a sudden he never said that and hung up on me! And on top of that the power cord for the dryer was way way short and I emailed and he never responded with a solution he just never responded! It’s live and learn lesson they say one thing and do the complete opposite once the sales made. Don’t buy or use this company for anything!!

We bought an induction range from All Inc which unfortunately was a factory defective unit from day 1. Relying on the manufacturer's repair and warranty process would have had us waiting two weeks for a repair company to come and assess it, let alone have the parts and time to repair it. All Inc. went above and beyond and was able to swap a new unit for us with one they had in inventory. This likely just saved our Thanksgiving!

Do not purchase from All Inc. if you expect customer service if a problem occurs. The microwave on our brand new LG wall oven does not work. I reached out to All Inc. customer service for help and was told they would contact LG. After several days of hearing nothing I called back customer service and was told that LG was not contacted because they didn't have my email. I specifically recall providing this information during the initial call, but since I have traded emails with the salesperson for months, All Inc. has my email address. After All Inc. finally contacted LG, a service technician was assigned who doesn't work on wall ovens. I immediately reported this to All Inc and they have been of no help since. The service rep does not call me back when I've talked to other service reps who have said she will call me. Her voicemail box is full and she does not return my emails. After several days of frustration, I have contacted LG myself. All Inc. does not stand by what it sells or treat it's customers with concern or respect.

We ordered countertops in July. I just had them put in yesterday. I know the industry has a backlog but the communication with All Inc. was horrible. I am relieved to be done with them. As a customer, there needs to be some form of reliable communication such as returned calls and keeping us up to date.

Largest selection of appliances in the Twin Cities. Showrooms is huge so you have a room full of dishwahers to look through. Bigger room for refrigerators. Huge room for dishwashers. Microwaves, washers, and dryers. They also sell cabinets, and countertops. Best selection of all appliances for your home is here at All Inc. You only need to look in one spot.The sales staff are very knowledgeable on all the different brands of appliances. Jim was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions, returned calls promptly and explained the delivery and installation process so as to make as easy as possible. Jacob and his team who delivered all 4 of our new kitchen appliances were so careful as to not hit walls or scratch new appliances coming in the door. The next day the professional installers came and spent a few hours installing all our new appliances. So very thorough. It gave me great comfort and satisfaction to know these men do all the installations everyday!!! They are pro's, well educated on installation. All Inc hands down bets out Lowe's, Home Depot or Warner Stellion for quality in all facets of the appliance business.

Run from this company they’re not good I ordered all my appliances from them when they delivered the washer and dryer they never removed shipping bolts so the washer destroyed my walls an floor this problem happened in October now we’re in July NO HELP at all Maddie she never answers call ??♀️??♀️

We built a home over seven months ago and we still waiting to get some of the work completed in our house. The customer service is to be desired, the lack of professionalism and appreciation for customers is to be desired. No follow-up calls, no email to let us know what seems to be the delay. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Take your business elsewhere were your business maybe appreciated and feel treated like a valued customer.

Having worked with ALL,Inc and Jim Femrite a few years prior, I stopped in at my earliest available time, without an appointment.This happened to be 30 minutes prior to close. Jim was available and quickly assessed my needs.Long story short, I was out before close.Jim called me the next day with the items I needed, we scheduled a delivery time and that was that!I received notices of delivery times by text and deliveries were on time. I was contacted by the installers throughout the morning of their arrival.The installers where friendly, thoughtful, and professional.I continue to tell friends and family of ALL,Inc.ALL,Inc = Professionalism.Thank you Jim, ALL,Inc and Staff.Great Job!

Last summer I purchased a Blaze gas grill. It was delivered by two very professional guys. The grill I ordered came sooner than I expected. My family have bought other appliances from AlL INC, it's our go to place for good service and name brand appliances.

Great variety of appliance brands and store is set up well. It's nice to get to see some of these in person when trying to figure out what to order for a new build. Definitely recommend visiting especially if you are in a toss up between two brands.

Purchased over 8K in appliances from store. Communication on order status was bad. Only heard something if I asked. 2 of the 4 appliances were delivered damaged, caused by, ACCORDING TO MFG REPAIR MAN, the way they were handled during delivery. We were in the midst of a kitchen remodel. Because of this, All, Inc. denied any responsibility and agreed to only refund 5% of the sale of those 2 appliances, totaling around $250.00. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO TO WARNERS' STELLION!!! My project designer will no longer do business with All, Inc. after this experience.

Zero customer service once they’ve been paid. As others have noted, don’t expect any response from customer service if something goes wrong. We purchased all the appliances for our new home from All Inc on the direction of our builder. What a mistake! Jeff in sales was good – everything since then has been awful. Understanding supply chain issues, we placed our order almost 8 months before move-in date – still ended up getting microwave and dishwasher on our own, and the fridge and range hood arrived damaged. The LG French door fridge is awful! It arrived damaged and had to be replaced. Service has been out once and we need them out again. Neither ice maker is working right and the fridge runs, loudly, almost continuously. I’ve called twice and left messages for “Maddie” – she’s never in office and doesn’t return calls. While googling for any DIY solutions, discovered the LG fridge has a long history of compressor and ice problems, including a class action settlement. Wish that All Inc would have shared this info or stopped carrying these $3,000+ defective fridges. Two stars rather than zero because Jeff was great (other than not steering us away from the awful LG fridge)
