Excellent! Loaded well before my appt time, and they loaded the trailer in 25 minutes. When you hear these slow shippers and receivers talking about the process and why it takes so long, there are many examples of facilities that get it done quickly or in a timely manner. This place is an example. They were great.

The lady checking me in was cold and rude. I checked in at 0730 and immediately got a door, and they started unloading me right away. I thought this was great until 4 1/2 hours later I am still getting unloaded. This is utterly ridiculous! I am first thing in the morning and there are no other trucks here.

I got sick and was four and a half hours late.
I was accepted at 01.30, instead of 08:00.
As soon as I put the trailer to the gate, 5 minutes later I was already accepted and the documents were handed over!

As soon as I parked the trailer at the gate, within 5 minutes they accepted me and gave me my documents!

Shipping and receiving open 0700, not a lot of parking in back . OVN ok smaller warehouse, but get you in and out quickly

Arrived on Sunday at 1430 they closed early. Checked in 0655 Monday paperwork in hand at 0900 that I was empty. Employee said they generally only do outbound loads on Sundays unless they can squeeze you in otherwise they try to shut shop up early to see their family.

Very nice people I am handicapped they open and closed doors for me took paperwork in and brought it back to truck
