I exclusively used your ice because of its size. It was perfect for all uses! I now have noticed that the size has changed, disappointed! Will now have to look for different company.

How do you let your accounts run out of ice...called over 6 times to get ice each time they say they are arriving today and end up not showing up. Each time they tell you a manager will call you and no one calls.

They haven't delivered for weeks. When I did hold of someone, she was clueless. Not sure what's going on but we're switching distributors.
