“I have been coming to Shawn since 1993. This is a family owned business that does outstanding work. if you’re an artist she’ll cut the frames for you and let you put it together yourself. She also will cut and replace glass for a framed piece.Shawn takes care of each customer individually so if you come in when another customer is there you might wait. That’s the service that YOU WANT!! Customer service is absolutely down home yet high quality.As for the alley plowing comment—that doesn’t affect customers. “This store is dangerous. I am not an artist but I could spend a lot of money here. I stopped in to buy Christmas presents. Super helpful staff who helped me pick out pens for my nephew who is learning Japanese and a paint set for my sister. I found some excellent journal pens for myself and even bought drawing pens. The selection is vast, prices are reasonable and staff so helpful. Love it!”
