I stopped at Auntie Anne’s in the Minneapolis airport, F gates. I used to enjoy the pretzels. They only had 3 pretzels - almond, a burnt cinnamon sugar and a pizza one. I bought the almond one and it was a total waste of money (over $7 with tax). It was dry, like it had been under the heat lamp for too long or was over baked. Very disappointing. The person serving me was talking on the phone and wasn’t paying attention to me - the customer. Would not recommend a stop here. Save your money and time.

The guy just said to me he doesn’t have any dought ready cause is very busy so he didn’t want me to sold me nothing even when I asked him how long he said he have no idea & he was not allowed to charge me or have me waiting. I passed by twice with a difference of 10 minutes and Andy the cashier or the only shift employe still have denied me the product repeated him self that he have no time to get it ready

Terrible customer service. There was one person working, did not acknowledge me for awhile. When she finally did, I ordered and she did not say anything else to me besides what the total was. No hello or anything. She then proceeded to give me an extremely burnt pretzel. Ate what I could, but it was so burnt you could taste it.

One star is to much, for the service I received from this location on October 3, 2023. At about 0830. I walked in never was greeted. Never was asked, can I help You. The worst customer service I ever received. I will never go back to that place. I feel bad for the Owners. The Lazy Crew.

Awful, no pretzels ready. Told me to wait 30minutes. Came back 35minutes later. Got told to wait another 30minutes. Ridiculous. Clearly the employees are just lazy and don't do anything.

The worst experience. The girl that was working she called me rude. I asked for management another girlCame out and screamed that the manager was at the sun Place. Both black girls were very unprofessional l. You don’t call a customer rude when I did nothing I didn’t realize there was a girl next to the side of me and I ordered and she called mw rude. Very sad because we eat here all the time and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

Went to order and they stood there cleaning for several minutes before turning around and telling me they were out of pretzels. Even the Moe’s employees next door were confused on why they were ignoring me.

I normally don't grab lunch or dinner at Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) Airport. However, when I was heading home a few weeks ago, I got to the airport at noon and was ready for lunch by the time I had checked in. I saw Chili's in the airport's mall area. There was a couple in front of me. We were all waiting to be seated. This eatery wasn't busy, but it took a server to acknowledge them during the seven minutes that I was waiting.I'm a pretty patient person. However, after ten minutes waiting there, I looked at a sign that had Auntie Anne's on it several feet away. I was next to the food court. I love Auntie Anne's more than a ridiculously long wait and an eatery that doesn't seem to care about potential customers. So, I headed off to the food court. The last time I was at the food court occurred when I was a resident of Minnesota. I had Burger King. The food court is beautiful. Burger King is no longer there. Normally, you can order at a kiosk and pick up your food at the eatery of your choice. For Auntie Anne's, you have to go to the food stall and place your order there.I had a polite woman take my order. I got two orders of mini pretzel dogs (I was hungry) and a medium Diet Coke. I paid with a credit card. The transaction was smooth.I got my food and drink extremely fast. I was impressed. I thanked the woman and headed to a place to sit down and eat.If you collect Auntie Anne's points, you can't earn them at the airport.Food at the airport isn't cheap here. Other than that minor detail, my mini pretzel dogs hit the spot. They were yummy. I loved the plump mini dogs. The pretzel dough around each one was perfect. So good!My Diet Coke was cold and refreshing. It was great washing everything down with it.You can charge your electronic devices at the food court. It's a nice touch.I'd return to Auntie Anne's for my pretzel dog fix. It'll always be Auntie Anne's over Chili's any day.(108)

Pretty bad. My wife and I had pretzel breakfast sandwiches. What I didn't realize is that they had been sitting on a warmer before we got them. It had to have been for at least an hour. They were tiny, dry, flavorless, but so salty they were impossible to eat. For 13+$ for these two miniature bites were by far the worst possible food at the airport. If I could have given zero stars, they would have received less.
