Man. My boys Brian and Justin are legit.
People in here are honest, and empathetic.
Came in a little before they close on a Saturday to get my starter replace. They still took me in, they were straight forward and also answered A LOT of question about my car. How they broke down everything made me realize that my other mechanic (that I’ve had 5+ years being with them) was basically rippin me off.
I will most def come back with these honest men.

Awesome, fast, professional!!!! I used to go to a Northeast location near Columbia Heights but recently found out it’s closed. Then I find this one, came here, had the same experience I had back in the old location. Amazing how fast and accurate the techs are here. Always lived and always will, thank you Auto Max!!!

Recently got my tires rotated at the dealership and my driver side front wheel began making a noise. I didn’t want to take it back to the dealership because I didn’t want to get ripped off. I explained to the gentleman (perhaps the owner) what was happening and he immediately knew what the issue was. He asked to confirm by doing a quick drive. When he came back, he spent 10 seconds doing something to the wheel. He went for another drive and NO MORE NOISE. When he returned, he explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I left his shop feeling so appreciative of his honesty and knowledge. Any other mechanic (and the dealership) would have seen the opportunity to make easy money off me by charging me an hour or two for labor and I would never know the problem was a simple fix. Hope not to deal with future car problems but now I know where I can go if any arise. Thank you!

Excellent service. Fast, friendly, honest people. Wheel fell off on Univetsity Avenue, repair cost for everything $300. I was surprised. Knowing the part costs that much.

I usually do my own repairs,but my health is making it difficult. This is the 3rd time in my 30 years of driving that I needed to use a shop. The owner Sam is nice, he drove my car and told me exactly what was wrong. The part I needed to replace was something I didn't want to do. His labor rate, I believe, was $130 an hour. Which is the average. He quotes book times, which is fine. I will bring my vehicles back here if it is something I don't want or can't do.

Was able to walk in and have my car looked at, able to have minor repairs done same day , done before I had to be at work at 2pm and they called me before any repair was done and with the cost of service.
