I've personally never had an issue at this Ford Parts Center, years ago I got the factory build sheet printed out (what my vehicle was, and was not equipped with from the factory) and recently had gotten a print out of my exhaust system now I can use that as a reference of part numbers for the future, or for when I do my own repairs.
There is a reason why I continue to return to Apple Ford Parts Center: communication. I have never received an incorrect part, there has always been clear communication before the employee goes back to get whatever part I need. That's awesome.

They have an online price and a phone call price đ so if they know you haven't done any price comparison they'll overcharge you. Make sure you look online after getting the part number so you don't get fleeced.

I bought a 2016Ford Escape titanium, for $20,000 and it 21/2 years later .. it needs a NEW ENGINE!!!! Ford as a whole company wonât stand by there cars.. always recalls and they new it had a âBAD ENGINE ââWonât ever buy ford againâŚdefinitely not from AutoNation !!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to find out about my order and I have not heard anything from them. They said the package is on its way but I have not heard anything from them since July 1st. No update yet. They said the wrong part was ordered and were ordering the right part . A ticket was printed and shipping company was waiting on the part.

Does the Saturday parts service person absolutely hate what they do or is it just they hate everything about working there. Incredibly rude, tried calling at 12:30 was continuously redirected to the service center, drove to the store by 2 and was treated like I wasn't supposed to have walked in the customer door.

I called to get verification on a 1995 HD ford. Although it was too HD of an application for him to look up. He tried everything he could to help along with trying to find a place I could call to get my information. Super helpful. Super nice, which is hard to come by now a days.Will definitely call again when needed!
