They had what I needed. Be careful they have multiple prices for products. If you speak up they will give you a good price

Great parts department, no clue about the sales floor or service but I suspect they do.

I called to get verification on a 1995 HD ford. Although it was too HD of an application for him to look up. He tried everything he could to help along with trying to find a place I could call to get my information. Super helpful. Super nice, which is hard to come by now a days. Will definitely call again when needed!

Horrible service department.I made an appointment to diagnose a check engine light. Arrived and a tech says they need to keep it overnight. So much for an appointment. The tech says they open at 7a the next day. He says to bring it in the next morning. When I arrive, he says they can't get to it till 4p.Prior to this, I had a neighbor who warned me about this service department. I won't be back.

Convenient location and helpful staff. Tony was great tracking down the parts I needed. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely be back.

Worse customer service EVER! If you want any service done here, I suggest you to find another ford dealership or reliable resource out there. I dropped my car there ever since Friday and today is now Wednesday. No call or updates on my car. I don't even know if my car is even safe there. Very poor communications.

These guys are great. They’ve been a leader in internet sales for over a decade because they price lower than most dealers.

Awful service. They had my truck for 4 days. They didn't know it was there, what was wrong with it or who was supposed to service it. I got one lie after another from the service department. Pat Rawn, Service Director took me on a test drive and told me this is just the way old trucks drive. Took to another dealership out of state and found out the steering shaft was binding and THIS IS NOT HOW OLD TRUCKS DRIVE. The staff here needs to rethink their career choices if they cannot make a very simple diagnosis.

I cannot express strong enough how impressed and astonished I am with the dealership. Not only did they found us the car we wanted but there follow thru was amazing. Most dealerships dismiss you once the car is sold - but not them. Any problem you may have with your car - they will go over and beyond the call of duty to ensure the customer is happy and extremely supported.

Really poor experience selling a vehicle at AutoNation Ford in White Bear. Acquisition & legal manager tries to talk fast, but seems to have a poor grasp of the essentials, based on our experience. It is costing us $700 in filing and legal fees to undo the mistakes he made. Think twice before stopping here - CarMax Maplewood is right down the street and there is a reason this place is 2/5 stars on Yelp.

Brought are truck in to the service department on fleet side. truck had intermittont issues do to water penitrating the wiring harness. first go around I was told they where unable to locate a harness. so the only option was to wait till spring or let them splice in to the harness with a new pins. I gave them the the Ok becuase I needed this truck back. Then they said it was the engine computer, and then the fuel pump. went to get it and it didn't make it out of the lot. with a $3700 dollar bill they said they would make it wright. 2 weeks later they call me and say it needs a new engine harness the same harness they suppsidly fixed, and could get a new Harness. but could not give me a hourly rate becuase apparently no one at ford has ever put in a engine harness in a truck. Thet charged me anouther $3300 dollars to a total of $7,100 to fix the same issue I would of never let them splice the harness if I new we could get another one, and they cut my uhf cable (Digital shop radio Cable) and tride a shoty repair insted of replacing it. I ended up havig to replace it on my own.Beware I am a Shop manager at a heavy equipment company. My 1940s shop looks like a brand new shop to theres. they try and short cut to save you money. but it ends up costing you alot more!
