After being told at the Autozone on Robert street that it was a “liability risk” to change my battery even though I’ve had my battery changed at auto zones before, I called this location to see if they would be able to help. I showed up and Kevin was ready for me. I felt awful because it was freezing, cold and dark. Kevin worked so hard to get the lugs off of my battery and get it out. It was not an easy task and Kevin still got the job done. He saved me and my vehicle!!

Took in battery to get it charge wait 2 hour made phone call got put on hold and got hung up. Call back again and was told battery was fully charge. Put in battery nothing and was lied. Bad customer service.

I recently been to this auto zone got the wrong parts 4x. When I went to return the wrong brake clips Ian some worker there said I was being rude for stating the wrong parts they sold me he turned away didn’t return my parts I had to buy the right clips. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Happened 7/7/2024

I recently tried to return a purchase. I had my receipt and the purchase was 6 days past. The clerk berated me and said I was a "bad" customer. She said other things that were untrue and hurt me terribly?. I don't know what kind of power trip she was on, but I left in tears. Fortunately, I was able to return the items at another AutoZone location.
I am a business owner. I serve the public every day. I've never treated a customer the way she treated me. Seems she felt empowered because we were alone in the store.
If you see this woman behind the counter, RUN! She has a tattoo on her neck.
It looks like the "owner" reads these reviews, but does not respond to the negative ones. I wonder why.

The girl w a tattoo PARIS on her neck was rude. Was angry because I dropped a funnel and my arms were of transmission fluid. I said do you work here and to pick up the funnel. She was at the counter when I attempted an exchange w receipt. She then said she can refund 3 of them according to her computer. I said no I need a full refund please. Then I asked to just pay for the new fluids. Then she said no. And the manager is gone and won't be back for a week or more. And refused to serve me and allow me to make a purchase
That is the worst customer service
