I went here with a possible battery/starter issue because it's already replaced my alternator. Autozone employee, Hay B., was able to help me troubleshoot my problem. We thought it might be a starter issue, but there was also a bit of corrosion on my battery, though it tested at 100%. Hay suggested a battery cleaner and terminal protector first (costed about $16) as a hopefully smaller solution to try before taking it to a car shop. It can be intimidating to have to take your car to a shop when you're unfamiliar and possibly can be taken advantage of.Hay B. was friendly and helpful, seemed decently knowledgeable in auto issues. After trying out the battery cleaner and terminal protector, my car has been starting perfectly with no more issues and purring like a kitten! What a blessing to find today. Thank you to Hay B. for taking the time to help me figure out the issue I was having. Please ask for him when you go to the Autozone Arcade location.

Battery was corroded and shot. Hay B. Was super helpful got me a new battery and installed it. I was in and out within like 20 minutes. Awesome customer service 10/10

I Went to buy a oil filter for my toyota and when they got my oil filter i ask them to help look up a oil filter for a lexus cause I wasn't sure if I bought the right one at walmart so I ask them can they check the part number and they told me since i bought it from walmart for me to go back to Walmart and ask them to check. It was poor customer service.

Worst experience ever. No customer service. They give excuses instead of doing the right thing. When i talked to management she didn't care. I'm on crutches and asked for it to be shipped it never happened. Come here and they are super rude and still asked me if i want a bag when I clearly have a hard time walking. When the employee from other locations called still same thing. Never visit this store. It should be closed.
