Other than the person acting like they knew what they were talking about which is fine I expect that I don't expect a lot and you don't get paid too much and so I'm not upset about it I just I suggest not pretending to know stuff if you don't know

What a great experience I had with Jonathan Ortiz who went out of his way to help me with my non functioning air conditioner. Great customer service, very friendly and knowledgeable. This is not my first great experience with this store. Thank you Jonathan!
