The people you hire don't have a clue. They know nothing about cars, parts or supplies. They have told me themselves that they receive no training except how to operate the cash register. What's frustrating is the only way they can look up or find you a part, is with year, make and model of car. I needed a 10mm oil plug washer. I was told that without " Year, Make and Model of the vehicle, there was nothing they do for me. I tried to show them the option at the top of the page that allows you to "Srarch by Part Name". I was then snapped at in a very rude and condescending manner. I wasn't trying to embarrass anyone or be the smartest person in the room. Just trying to get a simple crush washer. Here's an idea, maybe change your interviewing system. Asking the correct questions can make a tremendous impact on the folks that are basically the face of your company. Also, offer a just a little ore starting wage to attract a better and more knowledgeable staff. In other words, stop being so cheap and spend a little to make a lot more.

The guys were nice enough but I came in with an exact part showing available online and I understand sometimes inventory is off. No apology but they did offer 10% off the more expensive option but I'd still be paying 25% more than what I planned on. I wanted to support brick and mortar over the ease, convenience, and prices of online shopping but this leaves me going back to online. Always happy to edit if reach out.

Not an employee to be found. At least there was self checkout. No receipt tape in receipt printer, had to get an email receipt.

I stopped in to get a battery and encountered an unexpected issue with a broken bolt. Finn, Jorge and Lee were so helpful and found a way to resolve the problem. Finn showed exceptional customer service especially for a teenager. Very impressed with the service of the team. Thank you!

I went in to get a bulb for a headlight and they helped me find the right one and they even installed it for me! Top notch costumer service! Even the small things like that can make such a difference. You don’t see that anymore in today’s world. I recommend this autozone.

My son's battery died at his workplace just down the road. The folks at AutoZone were awesome. Loaned us the tools to take with us to get the dead battery removed and the new one installed. Ryan and the crew were great! Thanks so much!

I stopped in to get a fastener that holds a protective plastic panel under the wheel well of my Tundra. The experience ended up being the best I've ever had at an auto store. The young guy came out with some different fasteners and helped me find the right fit. He even installed it. I'm still shocked by the level of service. Fantastic. I'll be going there from now on for all my auto needs.

I stopped in shortly before closing time yesterday because one of my headlights was burned out. Darrel took the light fixture apart to make sure I bought the right replacement bulb and then put it all back together for me. He didn’t have to do that but I am so thankful for his expertise. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Darrel who knows his stuff and takes time to make sure his customers are getting the right parts. THANK YOU DARREL!

They are mostly knowledgeable or at least can look up parts and extras as needed and are accurate almost every time! They definitely will help as much as possible and go above and beyond if there is any errors or perhaps factory mislabeled boxes. You will also find great things you need or want for your ride that you may not see at the big box store. Spending the time, money and effort to keep up your vehicle and keep you on the road safely is worth it.
