Worst experience at an Aveda shop to date, this morning we walked in and the lady was trimming her nails at the cash register, oblivious to our presence. From the beginning of our interaction she gave us strange looks and seemed utterly unmotivated to do her job in any meaningful way. Would not recommend going here until they change that staff member.

Did not feel welcomed at all. I get that we're at an airport - but it should still be AVEDA. Wellness, not meanness.I hope they find more welcoming and educating staff in the future - I'm through here every week.

I love the staff at Aveda at the MSP airport. RACHELE and DEE are outstanding! They have been there for years which speaks volumes! I love to shop there while waiting for flights, coming into town or ordering via phone. Thanks for making my day!
