The vets were super helpful and nice. They explained everything thoroughly, and incase you didn't understand they can break down the information for you to understand.

Went here cause I needed a specific vaccine for my puppy (this is not her regular clinic). All she needed was the one shot yet they wanted to charge me for an office visit too when my dog has been seen by other vet clinics multiple times in the last month she has documentation of it and didn’t need that!! Stop wasting my time

This place is terrible due to their lack of caring for my pet my pup is now gone they didn't warn me about any of it and they told me that my dog had something other then what he had I will never bring my pets here again.

The vets and staff are very nice, but promised they could adjust my cat's behavioral meds with a phone call. After I saw the first vet and needed an adjustment, I found out she left the clinic and I'd need to bring him in again and pay for another visit. After seeing the new vet, then calling to switch behavioral meds after another month, I was told I'd need to bring him in again. I explained that he doesn't do well with car rides or leaving the house in general, but they insisted that I bring him in again for a third visit in 4 months. I'll find a better vet.

We have had mostly wonderful experiences at this Banfield. Our dog is always so happy to be there which is a great sign! We love Dr. Morrissey and appreciate the time she takes with us. It never feels like a rush.We appreciate the monthly plans so we can pay for our dog’s physicals throughout the year instead of in lump sums.One negative is that they don’t have an outdoor space. I feel bad when we have to leave our dog for the day.

It was nice that this facility was available to treat my dogs but super unorganized. They want me to submit paperwork to my dog's insurance that one of my dogs has an issue when she doesn't. Now because Banfield refuses to fix their paperwork, my dog has a pre-existing condition that should never exist. Because Banfield made a mistake and said both of my dogs have something only one of my dogs were treated for. Because they're too lazy to fix their paperwork and said everything is organized on their end they do not care that this is for my insurance and if my dog ever happens to have an issue with her leg, my insurance will not cover it all because of a simple Banfield paperwork mistake.

Really bad experience. Took my two dogs in, the vet/technician mix the notes between the dogs, I went back and explained that, I need to send to the insurance and needed fixed. They said vet had not completed the report but once completed would send via email(with correct information). Guess what, report still wrong, mixing concerns between dogs, called them, explained I did not want that to be on my dogs records because it was not what was found during visitation, but I was told they can’t fix because we needed to be there in person.So they made a mistake, and they can’t fix unless I take her back there, but while I was there, they still said “it’s like this because the notes are not finished “ but now the notes are done and the report is still wrong.Drove so far for an appointment and had a disappointment. ?

This banfield location is great! All the employees are caring and helpful. my older dog is reactive and very nervous of the vet. it’s always so nerve wracking when i have to bring him to the vet because i’m always worried he will attack the vet or be a pain to handle BUT the employees have never once made me feel embarrassed and always assure me that it’s okay. they have never made me feel like they were afraid of my dog and have always gone above and beyond to make sure my dog is as comfortable as he can be while there. i have heard negative things about banfield in the past, but my experience with them (at this location) has always be wonderful!

We used to take our baby cat to another banfield and whenever we came home after his checkup he would run and hide under the bed or the couch. Later we decided to visit this one and we have noticed a big change, you can tell that they treat him very well because he arrives relaxed, as if he had not left home. Thank you very much for taking good care of our baby cat. Excellent service!!

We love our Banfield. The staff is always helpful and they take excellent care of our girls. Our dog was bitten by another dog and had to see the emergency vet overnight but they didn’t have the pain medicine that she needed so we called Banfield and got it the next day.

I used to trust bringing my dog to Banfield, but after getting a second opinion from a different vet I have lost my trust and respect. I brought my dog in on two separate occasions, this location is the most, recent for limping and pain in his left leg. I wasn’t able to go into the room with my dog and their team. He came out not even 30 minutes later and they said we can’t find anything wrong his movement is fine. I brought him to a different vet yesterday and they did an exam with me in the room and when they hyperextended his knees he was having a lot of pain. They did an x-ray and found partial ACL tears in both rear knees. not only did they do an exam but they sent the x-rays over to an orthopedic surgeon to review and are following up with me today for further discussion on treatment. I’m so thankful I brought him to a different vet to get a second opinion so I can make sure this gets treated before it gets worse. I don’t trust Banfield anymore and will not be bringing him there any longer.

Banfield has a predatory business model. They ask you to confirm an appointment, and even if you don't confirm it, they go ahead and schedule it and then charge you for it. They sent me to a collections agency even though they provided NO SERVICES to my pet this year. This is an unacceptable business model and I highly recommend that you DO NOT sign up for their wellness plan. They will keep charging you even if you move away or something happens with your pet.
