I had been getting quarters here as a non member for over a year and a half and was just turned away for the first time because staff were "making an exception" this entire time. The lady was very dismissive. The lobby is now closed unless you have an appointment. Don't go here unless you already are giving them your money!

My child received a $25 check that was written from a customer of this bank. As he is 11 and does not have a bank account I attempted to have to cashed here as this was the issuing bank. They would not cash it because he did not have an account. My understanding was that it was standard banking practice to allow a check to be cashed at the issuing bank. With it being for a nominal amount I was surprised they refused.

Small bank with many options for all your banking needs! As a new business owner I wanted a smaller bank that did not treat my account as just another number. With a small town feel I appreciate the friendliness I've experienced and the willingness to always help me with whatever banking needs I have. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and protocols at this location!

Had a poor customer service experience today but I've been going here for 1 year now and usually the workers are very friendly and welcoming. It's amazing how one experience can taint the rest though.
