Natural hair ladies, beware! My sister went in for a simple silk press and left with her curls permanently damaged. Jackie, the stylist, made a comment about her hair texture then secretly applied a texturizer without her knowledge or consent. When my sister confronted her, Jackie got rude, defensive, and completely unprofessional. If you love your natural hair, protect it and stay far away from this salon. They don’t respect natural textures, and it shows.

My daughter came there to get her hair done for an event she was going to perform at the next day. First off the person she booked with was going in between clients took the hair style was max 2 hours it took 4 to 5 hours to finish because of this. The person should not have overbooked. During her performance she had to hold on to the hair so it wouldn't fall out. This is our experience.

Meski did my Hair I absolutely love what she did with my hair! She was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. The result turned out even better than I expected. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairstylist

Just horrible, I was told to come to my appointment at 7am , she showed up at 9am with a weak excuse, kept telling me she is only running 20 minutes late. When it was time to do my daughter hair completely ignored her, my daughter texted me please pick me up… never again, and they they support black business. What a joke

My daughter's stylist was unavailable and she was referred to another stylist named Jackie. Jackie embarrassed my daughter in front of the entire salon by making rude comments about her hair. I would not spend a dime in this salon if this is how patrons are treated. Her comments were not funny and my daughters feelings were very hurt. She also gossips about other clients and is very unprofessional. These services cost a lot of money, and to be mistreated as a customer is unacceptable.

I don’t usually leave reviews but…. This place needs to be shut down. The rudest place I have ever seen. They don’t smile, they have attitudes, they don’t communicate or handle situations with clients good at all. They don’t even look or talk to each other… just an uncomfortable rude tense vibe the whole 5 hours I was there. And why did it take 5 hours for a wash, trim, braided straight back without extensions for my daughters hair. Jackie is the rudest, unkind, laziest, person ever…. And it’s sad how all these reviews says the same thing “their rude and unpleasant,” and yet they continue to be so unpleasant and rude to everyone the comes there. They’re to comfortable. But they’ll have to face the music one day.

Brittany is a terrible stylist with a horrible attitude and vibe. She was 25 minutes late. She didnt care to listen to what i wanted for my hair. She is not versatile or respectful and i dont recommend booking her as your stylist. She cancelled my appointment after i arrived to the shop because i told her how i wanted my hair and expressed how i wanted my hair. I wanted a 5 bundle sew in, I called her and made sure she could do it before booking. I expected her to be warm and inviting but she was not. Ibroke out in tears because she was so dismissive and mean and its the day before my birthday. Going to get your hair done SHOULD be relaxing and a positive experience. This was not.

I normally have great experiences here at blessing even though a lot of the workers have attitudes most the time I look passed it , but today rub me wrong by being told to come no later than one or else I won't be seen by Jackie for me to get there at 12:22 and the stylist Jackie wasn't ready at 1 at all didn't get me in the chair until 1:30. And still didn't do my hair she don't care about her clients her attitude is I don't care I can do what I want. Super careless no apologies about the longer wait nothing . She just have a I don't care attitude and telling a person to be on time at 1 or I can't be seen but your not done your self she had a really careless stank attitude
