they gave me a bogus phone. I tried three times to return it. They would not take it back. They told me I could only return it within 7 days. Which is incorrect. I called Boost they told me 30 days . I had over 800 apps on my phone. plus multiple users. NEVER EVER would I let someone else use my phones.

Been nothing but a mess. Starts with sin went bad while asleep. Then talked with customer service told me I can by at Walmart if do y want to wait. Then they couldn't activate it said needs at&t sim so waited 2 days then contacted support and again said can't activate. I'm making this short as possible cause I talked total of 17 times on top of that I was hung up on trying to unlocked phone and lthe ast time they said was unlocked and could change providers. Now today I come to Boost store hour away and it's closed at 1:30 on Tuesday with open light on. I'm in Minnesota on white bear ave. Update. To my surprise he was extremely good at getting stuff done correctly and fast and very understanding of the issue. The guy is by far better then all 19 boost mobile reps took him maybe hour from walking in and walking out with all problems done correctly. So that guy deserves a nice raise or a top seat at company headquarters. Hope he is well appreciated for his knowledge and great person that he is. So Boost don't think you deserve and of this new review it's all on him and his store for hiring him.

I went there on the 21st of September the young man working there was a great employee who was hard working,and fixed all my issues and I'm thankful. He deserves a raise. it's good to get customer service like that these days hard to find.

Miss Johanna was kind from the beginning, she resolved my doubts and helped me choose the telephone that would work for me, completely kind I must say that I passed my telephone line through her. She had to send me to another place for the iPhone 15 that I bought, as I heard it was the person in charge who attended to me, and from the beginning I felt extremely angry because of her tone of voice and her sharp answers, although I give that lady a positive and that is that he knew how to connect my data from the previous phone to another, however you should know that a good attitude always makes a difference! I will be happy to return and bring people to this establishment, especially where Miss Jhoana serves us

The Xfinity modem I purchased was defective and the manager had issues with my wanting a refund. I simply changed my mind about obtaining the services. Negative 5 for her BAD attitude. However, Joanna was delightful.
