There’s no unlimited data save your money and time ! I have flushed $600 down the toilet!!! Slow phone service and Terrible customer service from the woman working here!
I was going to come in here to pay my bill. I saw young woman with long hair inside, so I decided to pay online. I got bad vibes. I couldn’t register my card to pay online and there wasn’t enough money in my bank account so I decided to go in to pay my bill I wasn’t greeted. I asked her About the music she ignored me after I paid my bill. She didn’t say thank you for your service- I guess it self-fulfilling prophecy on the other hand when the guy is here I usually get good customer service but this plan is overpriced and I always run out of data so it’s truly not unlimited data .

Rodney was extremely helpful with from the old SIM card to the new SIM card I had issues because I tried to have it done at another store. This was frustrating to say the least but Rodney went out of his way to make it right my phone works I'm leaving a satisfied customer five stars.

These guys are total jerks and wanna be thugs running a store. I got my emails reset, down loaded photos and documents hacked. And instead of selling 2 phones for one they didn't want to take the time to start the sale over. And lied about transferring my data. They used the store computer and downloaded my files off my phone into and all my business accounts and Google accounts were changed to a different password. These post about how good they are are fake I lived on dale and university Ave for a while. Their customer service and ignorant attitudes suck. Don't waste you energy or bucks. Business vampires 100%

Amazing customer service from Collie (sorry if misspelled) and Amir. Tried to port number and they stuck with it until it was done. Very patient and helpful. Would definitely do business with them again.
