I have worked with the Chad Babcock State Farm Agency for some time and have had to call in to discuss claims on many occasions. Every time I have worked with Shannon and she is top notch at her job. In bad situations you look for answers quickly and she provided me awesome customer service, prompt response every time and could tell she cared about whatever claim I was calling her about. I highly recommend the Chad Babcock State Farm Agency and especially Shannon. A+

No matter what I need, she replies promptly and always has a good solution. This is the level of exceptional service that every customer-centered company should offer.
