DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Was there for an hour, one guy behind the counter doing nothing and one guy on a phone call on hold. Wasn't helped, stood there for an hour. Absolutely wasted my time

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Don’t go to this store location, you can clearly tell it was sketchy. I got the plan for the iPhone 13 deal for $29.99 plus 2 months of $60 services. I checked online and the total was suppose to only be $209.99 but I was charged $242.28. The person who was helping me failed to tell me that after paying all that, that it did not cover the next 2 months of my service which clearly it states in the deal. That only covered a month of service with them on top of that he lied to me that the watch was a free gift for starting a line but really I paid for it. I was mislead to thinking it was free! 😡 He said he couldn’t print me a receipt so they’ll text it to me. No where in the receipt mentions the breakdown of what he said. I called back 2 days later asking for hard copy of a breakdown. I asked her why did I still have to pay for next months service when I already paid for 2 months of service, she said well you pretty much paid for the phone and taxes and the sims card. I said ok that’s not what the associate said to me but i still want a hard copy of my receipt with the breakdown and she said, “ I just told you the breakdown” and hung up on me. The girl who answered the call didn’t even state her name. I called back asking for her name but her associate said we can’t give out names per policy. I told him it was rude of her to hang up on me when I was still asking her questions and I’d like to report it and he said you’ll have to take it up with HR. 😡😡😡 super unprofessional and you can tell the people that works there are unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about doing their job at all. Worst customer service ever.

The manager didn't care that we had a horrible experience with customer service on the phone. Then had to travel an hour because the phone shipped to us had the wrong Sim card. We got $5 discount on bill. That's it.

Today, we went to pay for the telephone service, the boy who was assisting a woman with whom we spent an hour and could not finish, ahead of us and the people who continued arriving, we told him that only We wanted to pay for the service and their response was I only have a tablet until it is finished I can provide you with the service, all the people we were waiting for chose to leave, bad service it is not possible that they only have a computer

It's very small. It's basically just one room. For some reason, there are like six security cameras for one room. The guy just stares at you the whole time you walk around. We called in to ask if they had a phone, but when we got there, he said they don't sell that one. Waste of time and money, Cricket phones are junk anyways, don't shop here. I've always thought Cricket was creepy, especially with there weird slogan, "Smile, you're on Cricket", a spin off of 'Smile, you're on camera!' They are spying on us.

Roddy has been a superb host -- and he called me and other customers his "guests." Extraordinarily helpful and pleasant, he found a free phone with a better monthly deal than I had before. His competence was impressive and his easy willingness to answer all my questions fully was wonderful -- even the next day! He will be my go-to friend with my tech problems forever.

Didn't catch the name of the girl that helped us out but she was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process of upgrading our phones.
