Patrick, in the pharmacy is the best! My daughter needed meds for a skin eating illness. I didn't have insurance. .. I only had $100, and her needs came to over $400... Patrick was able to rework the dosage and type of meds she needed .. to help me to get both for as much as could for the $100. He was a TRUE BLESSING IN A REAL TIME OF NEED.

These two incompetent employees should not be allowed to work in a pharmacy. My child and I arrived for a booster shot appointment. The sea hag here seemed completely clueless that they had appointments for boosters scheduled. After waiting for 20 minutes, and past the appointment time, turkey neck was uninformed about the guidelines to qualify for the booster. He then spent 10 minutes in his phone looking for said guidelines. Ultimately, these idiots did not administer the booster, canceled the appointment, but still made an entry on the paper vaccination card as if the booster had been given. Contacting CVS corporate went nowhere. The people manning the CVS phones are as uninformed as these two pharmacy rubes. Since CVS was no help, I have lodged a complaint with the state. A recording of the entire pathetic and frustrating event is available on my site.

Bad customer service and the store is a dump. I stopped going a few years ago.

This pharmacy serves a vital purpose to the local community. Yes the ice in the driveway for the drive thru us treteruous as it is uninviting with scrap's on the wall attesting to plenty of shaky nerves from previous attempts to navigate a poorly designed approach to the pharmacy. The heart of the pharmacy takes a walk inside where you can find all sorts of useful items that are way more convenient than stopping at Target.I

They put up with an endless parade of human debris in here, seriously a Conga Line of living collostomy sacks dancing through the doors daily so cant blame them for being a bit standoffish.

This staff works incredibly hard to make sure that each order is correct, on time, and they provide service with a smile. Many of the pharmacy staff even know their customers by name. I've found that oftentimes, how people treat you is often a reflection of how you have treated them. From some of the interactions that I have witnessed while waiting in line, I'm amazed that they are always able to shake off the blame placed on them for physicians not sending in refill orders, customers demanding refills when none are authorized, or just plain being the recipient of someone else's bad day. I love this CVS. They do the best they can for their customers, and that's more than most places can say. It's clean inside, well-stocked, and has a variety of gluten-free, vegetarian, and even vegan food options - pretty great for a corner "market!"

I didn't think it was possible to have a business as awful as this and still make money. The entryway stinks of death because of all the chemicals they've used to cover over the urine stench. And of course they don't let people use the toilet. Their advertised "discounts" aren't really that unless you sign up for their rewards program. Much of their "food" was overpriced or fake replica food nearing its expiration date. Why do places like this always feel like they've had the same products on their shelves since the 90s? The security guard here just leers at the customers unblinkingly, but the cashier at least waits until customers leave to insult them. If I could remove CVS from existence but also would never be able to use those letters in any words ever again, I think I ould lie with that.

Plus size, old security guard is a douche. Actually, other guy watching me who couldn't greet is too. CVS cashiers were friendly.
