The nurse who gave me my flu vaccination was knowledgeable, very professional, and quite personable. The method he used for administering the shot was just great — pinching my arm just prior to the shot. I hardly felt a thing. We shared some friendly conversation back and forth, which made the experience much more pleasant than is usually the case with receiving vaccines! Thank you for an overall excellent experience.

We are so happy with the service at this CVS ( in Target on Ford Parkway)
Have had good experiences with all the vaccines we get here.
Prescriptions refills are timely and efficient.
The pharmacists and tech are good. Recently they were able to verify the the price for one of my meds with Good Rx gave me a significant savings. They sl sad I have helped sort out questions about my insurance med coverage. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I have had mixed levels of service with this location, but shout-out to Monica the rockstar who took the time to help me with a glitch on my CVS portal that no one would help me with for over a year. She deserves ALL the accolades. Peter is also top-notch! Thanks, guys!

On a past visit I was helped by Peter but the girls who were there this morning were terrible. Zero customer service skills. There was an older gentleman waiting in line and they were so rude, especially the one with darker hair, screaming from the other side of the counter. It is understandable when one is hungry, tired or it is almost time to clock out but there are so many ways to address it. Per previous reviews, the under staff issues are clear but treating customers bad is not ok. Hope there is some training from CVS (or Target) because such behavior is unacceptable.

I called ahead to warn a friend was picking up my Rx. I had to leave a message when my friend was on the way to CVS. I don't know how long she had to wait for the CVS to pick up the message. Please give customers instructions for how to ask someone to pick up a prescription without having to wait too long at the pharmacy.

My first time ever using this pharmacy and Peter was great! I left a phone message. He called back promptly. Had to get my Paxlovid prescription transferred from another pharmacy and it was filled and delivered in about 2 hours from start to finish. I feel very grateful. Thanks Peter!

They wanted to charge me $400+ for a generic prescription, that paid $15 for previous refills from them. Urgently needing it, used GoodRx coupon to $35 for the purchase. Called my insurance and they told me that there were no claims made by the pharmacy and the drug was still covered for $15.

Peter Nguyen is an amazing pharmacist!
Extremely happy with his service during my COVID vaccination. Peter went above and beyond to explain the vaccination process and answered all my questions regarding it very clearly.
This CVS will be my go to for all future vaccinations as long as Peter is there
The only negative I have to say is I think this CVS is slightly understaffed. There was a line where people had to wait for a while.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this pharmacy and wanted to say in particular that I've NEVER seen a pharmacist who works as hard as Peter. He seems like a very kind man and is constantly pitching in, even answering the phones. It may be a sign of low staffing like others have mentioned, but I think everyone there is working their tails off and they deserve some kudos <3
