This place is very limited in what you can get they hardly have any band aids that come in a variety pack. The staff are always friendly and nice I never had any bad experiences so far I just wish their stock was better

(Editing my review to remove a star. I tried to fill a prescription online here; the order seemed to go through. When I checked on its status, I saw a notice that my insurance did not cover the medication. (This is not true.) Mistakes like this seem to happen constantly at this pharmacy.)
When I called and asked the pharmacist for additional help, they protested that they needed to get off the phone because they were so short staffed. I believe it! CVS should staff their pharmacies to allow for humane working conditions. And so that people can actually access their meds.

I know that the staff here try, but the store is woefully understaffed, and I've been stuck in line every time I've ever been here.
I can only assume that CVS corporate is purely profit driven at this point and is willing to put customer and staff experiences at the bottom of their priority list. I only go to this location due to CVS closing the old location I went to.

0/5 stars if I could. Spoke to someone in the pharmacy they were very short with me. They required some information from me on behalf of a doctor. The number they were asking for was for controlled substances only which was not the medication that was being prescribed. After asking as to why they needed it the doctor gave approval for me to give it out in her behalf. As soon as I gave them the information they said “thanks” then hung up. Coming from a professional calling to speak to another professional the whole conversation from the pharmacy staff there was very unprofessional and could be taken as rude. While I have not had as bad of experience as some other customers that have come to this location I think it’s important for the store to be aware of the poor customer service that seems to be happening on their end and take the necessary steps to improve.

The pharmacy tech’s and pharmacist here are so wonderful. Today I waited several hours for a prescription to even process at the Walgreens on Grand and was worried it wouldn’t be ready before they closed. I decided to have my doctor transfer my prescription to this location and was able to get it process and picked up within 1.5-2 hours. Amazing staff and turnaround time!!

This staff is AMAZING!!!! Every single time I get greeted by name by the pharmacist with a warm welcome. They never mess up, always quick, and most importantly care about my health! You will not find a better run pharmacy. 5 🌟, A+, 100% satisfaction guaranteed!!!

I made an appointment for vaccinations. The website accepted my insurance to make an appointment. They did not. Also, they didn't tell me they cancelled my appointment til I showed up in person for it.

I had an early morning minute clinic appointment and still had to wait for 45 minutes. Terrible! Super expensive if you don't have insurance. Go to Walgreens!

This is the weirdest CVS I have ever been to!!!
The main door was locked during normal hours, but the side door was open, one staff member was there and she didn't know the store, did know if they sold milk or where it would be if they did.
They do, it was about 15 feet from her!

It has a very down home atmosphere. The employees are extremely nice and the security guard Mark goes out of his way to be of assistance if you're trying to find something.

If I could rate the pharmacy zero stars I would. Long story short is the pharmacist is unsympathetic and ultimately lied about having a prescription that they did not have! Additionally, the pharmacist was unprofessional and had zero customers service. They should conduct some more training and learn how to talk to their customers. I will not be returning to this CVS and plan on calling the corporate office to file a formal complaint as well. My advice if you visit this location is to lower your standards when visiting this location because there are none here.
