They lock up Toilet Paper! It’s maddening!
I saw an employee and told him I needed TP & he told me to go over & buzz for help. I did & the same employee came to help. He was rude & after getting it, then made me stand in line so he could be the cashier at check out - wouldn’t let me do self-check! CRAZY!!!

Clerk yawned loudly with the customer in front of me and then again with me. He tried to scan a coupon on my phone on the counter and when it didn't really scan, he took it upon himself to touch my phone and turn the brightness up. May have thought he was being helpful, but don't touch my phone without permission.

While the people at the pharmacy are helpful in person, it is not possible to speak with a person on the phone and this is infuriating. This is true if you want to ask a question, request a prescription, make an appointment for a vaccination, or anything else. The best you can do is leave a voicemail and hope that they call you back. What an extraordinary way to run a business, but they get away with it because there are so few alternatives.

The pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful. The checkout guy working today near the door was extremely rude, immediately saying, irritabily, that he could help people if they couldn't handle using a self-checkout counter, basically insulting anyone checking out with him as stupid (although I was trying to use a coupon and wanted to check my ability to use ExtraBucks on my CVS card, and there were only two other people in mine who were being helped by another person). Then the screen offered me a 30 percent discount if I hit the green button, but he demanded I hit the red button instead and proceeded to make sarcastic comments. I discovered the deodorant was about twice as much as the price in front of the pack I had picked up (which I later confirmed had been mislabeled). He said I could not have been looking in the right place, but I definitely had been. In the end, I decided to take my business to a different CVS.

August 24, 2024- I went shopping at the CVS this morning to buy some household products. One of those items is Dove body wash, they keep that behind the glass and you have to get an associate to unlock the cabinet to get out whatever it is, you may want. I told the associate who was a male that came to assist that I would like to scan the barcode to see if a coupon will attach I reached out to grab the product from him. This man not only refused to let me hold the product, I wasn’t even allowed to touch it. I asked him again to let me scan the barcode and to let me hold the product while I did that, and he told me I could not and he held it like a Receiver does a football that doesn’t want the ball to be punched from his grasp! I told him He was acting like I was going to steal it right there in front of him, and that He was acting ridiculous and very rude! I then informed the manager Marla that was there about his behavior and the situation that had happened. I obviously was stereotyped as a thief and will be making sure that this goes all the way to corporate. I hope this gentleman and loses his job.

There was a time in this country where the idea of a business refusing to have an open and public restroom for their valued guests to use would have been abhorrent and all together un-neighborly. It’s a saddening sign of the state of our city when you need to get permission from a manager to use their restroom, and then wait 5 minutes for them to come open it for you.
Disgusting and abhorrent behavior CVS. Do better.

Live next door. Worst CVS ever. No one at the front register 90 percent of the time. Then the pharmacy has 5 people behind the counter and one person checking people out and a line down the aisle. They can only check out two persons at a time but need that many filing scripts? Customer service class will teach you to help the ones there in front of you not that they ever answer the phone so... And they can't seem to get their passport photo fixed been weeks now they keep saying to go to the other Grand Store and that guy likes to just hang up and not take them either. Horrible service.

The manager at this location is a gem! He is service oriented and goes the extra mile to find wait you need and make all efforts to apply discounts. Superb customer service!

They never pick up the phone. I am trying to transfer a prescription that can't be done over the app and they just will not answer the phone and sometimes just drop your call. Currently sitting at 45 minutes on hold today at 10am on a Wednesday...who knows if they will ever answer. No option for call back. So demoralizing

I can't believe they have just gone downhill; they never have the requested Rx available, and you can never talk to a pharmacist directly. To speak with anyone is usually 25 to 40 minutes; often, after waiting, they will pick up the phone and hang up. I have also been rudely treated and have been hung up on. Don't waste your time with this location.

This store has to feature the most awkward checkout experience every time I go, self checkouts or clerk, something is always going wrong and taking forever to get sorted out

A great staff- friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Prices are good, shelves are well stocked. Pharmacy personnel are knowledgeable, kind, and courteous.

Store associate on my last visit was incredibly rude. He was visibly upset when he rang me up, and I aked if I could get some change in quarters. Which I understand is difficult. I have coin op laundry and quarters are always greatly appreciated. But he responded in a mumble, and I aksed him to repeat and he snapped: "What do you think this is!? A change machine!?" He then proceeded to throw two five dollar bills at me.
