I just had a horrible experience at CVS in Savage. I typically would not call-out names, but these women left me no choice. Their blatant rudeness and disregard for customers was astounding! I know that there is a 'lunch break' from 1:30 - 2:00 each day so I literally RAN into the store with a min to spare. The 'cage' was not closed but I was immediately confronted by 'Vicky.' There was no hi, no 'what is your DOB,' only 'you should not come here with 30 mins to spare before lunch!' We argued.... a lot. I have EVERY intention of contacting leadership over this. It was appalling. Her manager 'Linda' proceeded to tell me that if we wanted to talk it would only delay the other customer on the back half of lunch.... How about this?! Get a lunch shift!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am living without my medication due to an error of one of your CVS pharmacies. I rely on this each and everyday and the pharmacy denied it even when my provider approved. Horrible customer service as well. You get yelled at for simply picking up your prescriptions.

I would just like to day I hate your new system for the pharmacy. If I wanted to leave a msgi should be given a choice not made to. What a waste of time!! I really hate cvs. You suck!!!

Pharmacy people suck. She doesn't have any right to shout at me. I called back at 5 and the guy said I am banned from the store!!! I wasn't even in the store!!! I was in the phone.

I have been to the CVS pharmacy in Maple Grove, 5 times , the line is 15 people, they have their drive-through closed, I have been waiting to get my prescription for a week

Several times I have been put on hold, only to have no one come back to the phone. They are extremely rude and have no idea when they will or will not be receiving medication shipments, if I could get my prescriptions from another pharmacy like Walgreen's I would but they don't carry my prescription. The entire staff needs to be fired because none of them know how to do their job or speak to people!!!
