Customer service is incredible. Considering they have to deal with the public. They are. Not easy people to get yelled at argued with and basically rude. Rude people. But the employees take with stride. Speaking for the crowds. Thank you.

I've never been to this location, but I love dollar trees. My family, myself, and a different group of people were approaching the store at around 7:40pm. The lady working the evening on Thursday, October 3rd, 2023, rudely closed the door and said "were closed!" As I was just going to grab something quick. My brother works nearby and I'll give this store another try. If it's still rude and bad, I'm leaving the 1 star review.

Horrible customer service. Older lady swore and threw things in front of my seven year old daughter. I was also over charged at least 3$ but no employee in the store seemed to want to help the frustrated older employee so my family and I left. Not sure why she works there if sitting in a chair behind a register and pressing buttons is too hard for her.

I strongly advise the owner of this establishment to hire a more effective hiring manager, as my recent visit was tainted by interactions with unpleasant staff members. Specifically, a new female employee with ginger hair displayed discourteous behavior towards me, including ignoring my request to ring up my purchase and instructing another employee to do so instead, she stated because they know how she is.
This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the company and can deter customers from returning which they do not care about, because they are easily hired to make the company horrible.

Extremely rude workers telling multiple stories about shutting down 20 minutes before their actual close time. It's very clear they have no respect for many of the people who shop in the area who have nowhere else to go

Went to this location to purchase a few items I was approached by a woman that offered to steal my items for me if I paid her in the parking lot. The store was crowded and there was only one cashier and one person making balloons not sure if they were in on it or not. They didn't seem bothered by the woman coming in and out of the store several times and not purchase anything.

is it suppose to close 15 mins early everyday? i understand wanting people to be out in time but they should change the closing times to 7:45 then.

Hours listed are inaccurate. Doors lock up by 7:50. Walked up to the door and cashier just shook his head. Only needed two things

I went in this Dolkar Tree to purchase coconut oil, soda and 2 Donette's. I went to the cashier emptied the contents of the basket on the counter. Everything's going great until I noticed she rang up 3 Donette's not 2. She tells me the coconut oil is the same price and she wasn't going to ring that. She explained she'd been doing this for 20 years and knew what she was doing. I told her she needed to do it right because of inventory tracking. Her and her manager went ballistic. The manager made physical threats against me. I call the police and was told it was something I needed to take to corporate

they are always out of almost everything and the staff and other customers are incredibly unfriendly. i gave it two stars because if you cannot afford streaming, watching the cashiers is a substitute for reality tv.it is close to the light rail, though!

Highlights: Plenty of parking, great pricing, multiple different departments, plenty of stock, OK customer service, relatively busy, near public transportation, near highway 94, in small strip mallDollar Tree... what a great place to save.This shop is located near Highway 94, in the same strip mall as Cub Foods and a Smoke Shop. It is a little walk away from the train station, with the stop options of Hamline or Snelling (approx 10 minute walk). The bus station will get you a little closer, but it is still a decent walk. (Approx 3-5 minutes)Dollar Tree does a great job at keeping up with seasonal items. This is a great place to shop if you're having a party!If you're into organizing, this location has plenty of affordable and aesthetically pleasing storage solutions.I find myself in the "personals isle" quite often. This isle is filled with everything that you need. From exfoliating gloves and nail clippers to boxes of tissue, bars of soap, ponytail holders, nail polish remover- you name it, Dollar Tree has it in stock.There is something for everyone here at Dollar Tree. I want to highlight that if you're a student or teacher, this is a great place to shop for materials.The winter gear is out right now! Mittens, hats and scarves for both adults and toddlers and the Christmas items are also beginning to fill the shelves.This is such a great place to putz around. I guarantee you will find something interesting or that you've been looking for at an exceptional price.

Dollar Tree... what a great place to save. This shop is located near Highway 94, in the same strip mall as Cub Foods and a Smoke Shop. It is a little walk away from the train station, with the stop options of Hamline or Snelling (approx 10 minute walk). The bus station will get you a little closer, but it is still a decent walk. (Approx 3-5 minutes) Today, we stopped in for plasticware. There are a lot of Halloween themed items and decorations. I was surprised to see that they had a ton of stock for Halloween with it just being a few days away. I saw quite a few people shopping for decorations, purchasing large spiders, webs, RIP post, and other celebratory items. Great place to shop if you're having a party! I stumbled upon gold lid candy containers that were so cute, perfect for organizing. I was excited to see all of the storage containers that they had available, including food storage. They also have a great "Personals" isle, where I purchased exfoliating gloves and fingernail files, but there are so many other things that I wanted to get. The winter gear out right now! Mittens, hats and scarves for both adults and toddlers. The Christmas items are also beginning to fill the shelves. Holiday Stockings with letters on them, so cute! This is such a great place to putz around. I guarantee you will find something interesting or that you've been looking for at an exceptional price. This location is great to me because it's near Target, Cub and you can literally knock out all of your errands in close proximity.
