I went there today with my siblings trying to have a good time but one of the employees (Stacy) started yelling at us and using bad words when we didn’t do/say anything to her, also the managers were there and didn’t do anything to stop her. I’m not coming back never. DO NOT COME HERE!

I have shopped here over twenty years or forever long the store has been at Sunray. I Always want a receipt thank goodness, because, the young man working at the other register follows me outside yells "hey did you pay for that? I answered rudly I have a receipt. He responds ""don't answer me that way you looked at me all sketch"" First of all what is ""sketch"" I do not speak street talk, nor do I understand it at my age. Secondly I did not see him or look at him. He should NOT be working with the public. I was insulted y his aggressive behaviour. I had a reusable bag of my own full of bagged
dollar store bag purchases. I don't need to shop at a dollar store I work at a hospital ER and make very high wages! I don't shoplift and I don't need to shoplift. I shop at dollar store because frankly it's a one stop shop for so many needs and they carry more unique items then most places, all in one place as far as holiday decor gift box items, etc. I don't need to be insulted or harassed. I had just left his coworkers register. He needs to be in tune to his work area and stop accusing customers!!!

This used to be a great store till the new owners bought it last year. No way an AC unit is broken this long when you have a landlord or the profits of an average dollar tree in an extremely popular strip mall. New owners are horrible with stocking, organization, employees working alone during rush times & being overwhelmed, & the store is a mess always. They even stopped pumping balloons. A waste.
Strip mall should force them to sell or kick them out.

WTH is going on with the damn Sunray location?!? It's been closed now for a few weeks... They get a ton of business and soo many people rely on that one! It just doesn't make any damn sense! It's beyond frustrating!!!

Thanks to all of the various construction projects going on at once, it took me 30 minutes to get here from the Double Tree on the other side of 94, only to find a sign on the door that they're "closed due to heat". It's 11:30am, 73 degrees 🙄

The ac is always a issue here. Now they are not open at all due to ac issues. I feel bad for the employees here

For the most part this location is great. The only issue I have is that one female employee always has an attitude and speaks to customers like they are stupid.

They always have such a good selection, and tons of hidden gems that other local dollar trees don't have as often. There is one staff member (I didn't catch her name sadly) who greats you whenever you walk in, and genuinely gives such good customer service, she will make your whole trip. I will say, this dollar tree tends to be messier than others, always has tons of ripped open packages, and I have found food that is months out of date before, so if you shop here for food, please CHECK THE DATE/make sure your package isn't damaged. Overall, it's a solid store.

It took me too long to find forks... I didn't see any reusable ones in the Party Aisle so I found and bought 3 for 1.25, and I gotta say, if I had to protect myself, I'd use these forks. Luckily, I only had to use them to eat my LeeAnn Chins (see that review). This would have probably been the most organized Dollar Tree, otherwise.

Very nice store. Excellent staff the lady who checked me out was the nicest lady. I had bought over. $100.00 worth of product. She packed everything carefully and efficiently. I had to drive 400 miles every thing arrived safe. Please thank that store for their excellent service. Thank you Many blessings to the staff.

Heres why the get a 2 star review Service was good but the snack zone messy food everywhere on the ground candy boxes open I just bought my self some whoppers and the candy looked like half eaten there was no chocolate on them and when I went back in to see if I could switch just the boxes out they have a no return food policy they know what they was doing with that policy

Who ever runs the dollar tree in sunray has got to be the most laziest person on the face of the planet! This didn't happen once but twice closed the shop early and need I remind you the dollar tree store normal business hours is from 9am to 8 pm it sure is nice to work when you want to!!!
