The staff is friendly. The location is decent. Parking is plentiful. Rooms are nice. There's a shopping center right around the corner. The only minus for me are the beds. A little too firm for me. Feels like sleeping on a hard surface after awhile.

My wife and I stayed at this property twice last week. Both times, the room we were sent to initially were not cleaned so we were given a new room. The last time we were given a room with two queen beds instead of the king plus king pull out that we ordered. Thankfully both rooms that were ended up with were clean, but that is all the positive I can say.

Didn't mind the drive. The WALLS ARE TOO THIN! Couldn't get any sleep listening to the people next door.Food & drinks: Restaurant at the hotel but it closed rather early.

Excellent Hilton property with great staff, clean, well-appointed rooms for a good price. Nothing whatsoever to complain about, would def stay again.Nice pool too, with a pretty skylight, hot showers and plenty of towels.

Hotel is in a decent neighborhood. Parking lot smelled of marijuana. Rooms have been upgraded to a more contemporary modern look. Cleanliness is decent, with some stains every now and then on sheets/towels. Breakfast is not buffet, it’s a restaurant sit down style. Service was pretty good, and staff was willing to accommodate to request.

The change for breakfast from a buffet to served meals will slow down busy business people. Every staff person but 1 goes out of their way to try to make your visit very good. I like the hotel.

I’ve stayed here at least 20 times over the past few years. This place is a hidden gem! And it keeps getting better. It’s a perfect place for an inexpensive “stay-cation” when Minnesota winters get long. Rooms have recently been updated and the pool area is nice and big. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating! Highly recommendFood & drinks: Food menu was recently updated and it has greatly improved!

My kids and I stay at your location pretty often so they can swim and have little get away. We stayed there again this past weekend and as always, Sherry and the rest of the staff took great care of us! My kids especially love how friendly all the staff are to them and feel really special that the staff often knows their names. Thanks for making our little staycations so memorable!

We called in to complete the Contactless Check In because it was not working on the Hilton’s App on my phone.Sherry at the front desk answered, and was short, told us our room was not ready. We arrived 15 minutes later. I went to the front desk and Sherry recognized my voice. Our room all of a sudden was ready.I inquired about the hotel complimentary shuttle to the Excel Energy Center, which is the reason we booked this hotel.Sherry told us to stop back at 3pm with the other hotel guests going to the Excel Center to discuss as the shuttle driver had not yet arrived. We arrived at the elevator, on the 6th floor where our room was, to go to the lobby about 5 minutes to 3pm.Surprisingly, Sherry was getting off on the 6th floor as we entered the elevator. She made no eye contact. When we arrived in the lobby, the gentleman working the front desk was overwhelmed, but wanted to make everything right for the hotel guests.I wish I knew his name. I hope he is rewarded for his exceptional efforts! He told us to give him10 minutes as he would attempt to contact the hotel GM to inquire about the hotel shuttle.Long story short, we came back to the lobby 20 minutes later and he had a sign up sheet for the shuttle bus to the Excel Center.Other shuttle riders told us the hotel maintenance man drove the shuttle bus.He was great! Those of us that traveled 3+ hours to attend the Wild game thank you!We were told we would have to Uber back and the hotel would reimburse, and they did.Would we stay again? Only if they deliver what they advertise.
