I've had the same person behind the counter helping me twice and she seems completely confused by the process. Twice she has struggled to understand the zip code system. A letter I mailed from this post office took 10 days to get from St Paul to Minneapolis. It is not a very reliable resource now for mailing anything,

Don't bother trying to call them. They don't answer the phone during business hours. Poor customer service. Well, It is the Post Office.

As with most post office visits, it's a crapshoot. Sometimes service is great and you're glad you came and if it's a Friday at 2PM there's a huge long line and only 1 clerk working. So thank you USPS because you value people's time.

Elway post office is the main post office we use. The desk staff is great and genuinely wants to help- they're really patient with me (I'm a headache with all my questions haha). If you want the cheaper way, faster way, have no clue of what way, explanation of international shipping, whatever- they'll help.
This is a fairly busy location so you might bump into a long line. Sometimes it moves quickly, sometimes very slow. Be prepared to wait if you're in line- it's because they're giving the proper patient attention to each customer and they'll give you the same!
You can get the usual shipping/packing material here.
There are PO boxes available in the lobby (separate area from the desk area)- the hours are the same as the desk area (closed on Sunday).
I've never felt unsafe and accessibility is good with a lowered counter available for wheelchairs though most of the counters are too high for my wheelchair. They do need more lowered counter space for wheelchair accessibility.

Appointment to submit Passport application went smoothly. Staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location.

Masking protocols were not followed there. Had to wait an hour for our turn for passport renewal. I have read other bad reviews online and I'd say a lot of them check out.

Very fast moving post office for my experience. The man working was very nice and made me laugh. He even helped me pick out the right package to mail things in so I wasn't spending more than I needed to. Never have been impressed by a usps til today.

This post office is SPARSE! I had expected that there might be a stamp machine and other related things there. NOPE! I don't know if this is because this location is in the hood, or what. The man behind the counter was nice and I was served quickly. Just needed a single stamp for a letter that had to be mailed. Since I live nearby, I'm sure that I'll be back again.
