I love consignment boutiques, and for shopping, Encore is no exception. However, for selling my items, I don't like Encore because they have "lost" items of mine on two separate occasions. It appears that they have a theft problem with persons stealing items from the floor. Both an employee and I scoured the shop looking for both of my items. We never located them. There needs to be a better way for them to deal with this issue. For that reason, I no longer consign with them, although I do still shop here.

encore is incredibly well organized and you can find so many unique pieces. if you’re a teen/adolescent, i’d maybe recommend coming here. it’s pretty hit or miss but very doable to find banger statement pieces. additionally, encore has a discount system in which if an article of clothing has been on the racks for a certain amount of time, you can receive a 50% or 75% off. many of the pieces are carefully handpicked to ensure that customers only get the best of the best. the vintage section at the bottom of the store is totally worth checking out too even if you’re not just to vintage clothing! the owners are such lovely people and are incredibly helpful.

So organized and so many beautiful items. They also really know the value of brands, even niche ones, so if you're consigning with them- they won't underprice your items, which I appreciate. Staff is always so helpful and outgoing. Large sale selection in basement!

Staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the store. It's very reasonably priced and organized. It has hats, dresses for all occasions and a second level for clearance stuff. I can't wait to go back once I have more fun money.
