I just called to make an appointment for a flu shot. I don't even need to see a doctor just one of the people in the lab. I was told there were no openings for the next three weeks. For a 5 minute flu shot? Then I was told that they were short on people. She started looking at the next week and I said forget it I'll go to Walgreens.

I’ve been with Entira since 1987. They’re my medical base. Dr. O coordinates my regular treatments and my specialists visits. The only shortcoming is that I can’t always get an appointment exactly when I want one, but that’s happening right across the medical field.

I just wanted to share my experience while it is still fresh. I just got back from my “appointment”. I arrive at 2:20 pm for a scheduled 2:30 pm appointment. At 3:30 pm, I left, without ever seeing a Healthcare provider. I know I am probably too rash for only waiting 45 mins to an hour but I have other things to do in my life that don’t involve waiting for a Healthcare provider to be at least reasonably on time. Two ironic points to add to the experience, first in the waiting room they have a video screen that shares their ”late” patient policy. If a patient is late, they reserve the right to make the patient reschedule. In my opinion, that is totally fair. Ironic but completely fair in my opinion.Second, my main compliant was “chest pain” while I don’t think it was near “life threatening”, you would think they would have gotten to that complaint faster than some of the other complaints. But again, not likely life threatening, and I am not dead yet so I guess they were right.Again, decent place to wait and the reception folks were friendly enough. Can’t add a lot more about the actual staff. So, if you need a place to visit and wait, this place is very solid.Or you could also go to a coffee shop, the experience at the coffee place is probably better. If you actually need medical care and you don’t have all day…might want to consider someplace else.Just trying to help.

I've been going to this clinic for many years. When I moved 12 years ago I switched to a clinic closer to my home, but that clinic was so antiseptic and just run you through like cattle, they do not care for the whole person. I ended up transferring back to this clinic even though I have to drive 20 miles one way.Dr Bethke is awesome! She is impartial and non-judgmental, only serving to provide the medical care that is needed, serving the whole person. I have had a few substitutes when Dr Bethke was not available, and overall I feel the service was good.

Poor communication all the way around to where it seems that you have to show up in person to make sure your request is going to be logged with no idea of when or if a response is coming.

I’ve had to past my scheduled time several times now, once was over an hour, even just for a simple med check. They doctors are nice, the CNAs and RNs and front desk could definitely be a little nicer and act like they like their jobs.

Dr Bethke is awesome and so great with our kids. She is only positive spot in the clinic. The organization is a disaster. My husband was given a referral which was denied by our insurance until his provider called. I have spent going on 3 hours on hold on 3 separate calls to get absolutely no response from his provider or another member of the clinical staff. Calls have not been returned and we are on business day 10.

Nurses, and receptionist struggle. The second time, I had an appointment, the receptionist didn't yell, but exclaimed "you are here for a physical" so why not just mention that here. Going into also have blood drawn, then somehow the nurse arrived with the wrong needle, and also ended up missing my vein; my arm had a huge bruise on it.

Not being fond of large clinics, I was seriously considering switching to a Entira Family Clinic. This was until a close friend of ours told me how difficult is was for her +70 year old husband to secure a covid vaccination at Entira (His regular provider.) or anywhere else. My MEGA Clinic came though and my partner and I have both been fully vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine. Our friend's husband is still waiting and trying to get vaccinated. This doesn't speak well for Entira.

My husband and I were seen at the Inver Grove Heights Entira for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were friendly and we loved Dr Ng and Dr Solberg! Everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. So happy we have found a new primary care clinic!

Kristin is fine, but whatever horror of a “doctor” that covers for her while she’s gone (which is often) should have his license taken away. He didn’t even look at my chart before saying I had never been there (I’ve been going for five years,) then told me to take Dramamine when I had vertigo spells so terrible I fell in a grocery store. Had he bothered to do his job and look at my chart, he would have seen it had already been prescribed. Whoever they pulled off the street to call me back was incredibly rude and they have never called me back when I was promised a call from the clinic manager. This clinic has not only being unhelpful, but has become a danger to my health. I have to find a new doctor, during a pandemic, because of the inept staff and lack of interest in my well being. I would recommend medical care from someone in a van in a parking lot before I would let them further destroy my health.
