I was scared looking at the reviews, but was pleased. The website had great tracking info, the driver called ahead, and he even lifted the pallet up two steps to get it in my yard. Everything is in great shape. Accidents surely happen, but my experience was great.

Glad to be back under a caring management, the previous Dayton Freight doesn't care about work / life balance anymore, so after 11 years I had to go elsewhere.
