The facility is clean and well maintained. Steve is a great site manager. He’ll address any concerns you have and is very prossional about it too. My only con, is since I’m there everyday; I don’t have a personal clicker for the garage door 😝

At Extra space storage what makes this facility is the management and staff. It’s ran with care, it is very well priced! Nothing over priced and the walk through in the elevators and halls are always pretty clean no foul odors. (Which is a plus) sensitive nose. They are very effective communicators and will possibly work with you, under certain conditions that they’ve put in place.! Friendly service. Choose this one on water street.

Have been here over two years now, upgrading from a smaller unit to a larger one. Having used PODS and Public Storage in the past, I love the “indoors” concept, especially driving into a heated loading area in the winter. They managed well when the new apartment was being built next to the location and now it’s been smooth sailing. Would recommend!
