Got a double pedi here the other day with my husband for our wedding anniversary and I was pretty disappointed with the nail tech working here. Nothing against male techs but he was the only male working there and seemed fairly new or inexperienced. He clipped my toe skin pretty good and it bled a little and woke up this morning with an aching toe so it's hard to walk with pressure on that toe.. doesn't feel good.. he also burned me a little with the handheld nail filer when he was filing my toes.. when he was doing my hot stone massage treatment he dropped the hot stone on the ground like 3 times and didn't even switch his gloves after he picked it up off the ground... I'm very mindful of nail salons and their hygiene practices with sanitation and such so that was a bit of a red flag for me.. if you touch anything off the floor you should always switch gloves and wash your hands.. idk maybe it's just me but as a customer that kind of grosses me out... I also dislike when they don't completely fill your nail bed all the way with nail polish.. after further inspection of my nails the next morning there's so many holes and gaps that he missed and it just bothers my OCD.. I should've said something but honestly I just wanted to get out of there.. the ladies were very sweet and nice but I'm not sure I'd go back for a pedi but if I did I definitely wouldn't want him as my nail tech again.. not a great first experience.. I don't mind when they tell me they're still fairly new but if you don't tell me and pre-warn me then I'm going to expect that you know what you're doing and are experienced if that makes sense? Overall rating based on service and experience is 3/5...

I gotta say I love this place. I do have one critique: the nail tech forgot to cure my one of my nail but I let her know and she fixed it. I had short acrylic French nails with pedicure and acrylic big toes: 145. It was a good deal.

Really beautiful and nice inside. Staff are really friendly. They show you the price before doing the services, that is a plus. ❤️

My experience was great. I was a walk in who called ten minutes prior to check their availability, and when I got there the place was clean and the nail tech got straight to the point.
I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered.
I will be a new client at this location.

Came in for a pedicure and fill. Selected a gel polish. Then opted for a $50 pedicure. What they didn't point out until after they told me the price was $70 is there is a $20 up charge for gel! I would definitely not done the gel. All I wanted was to have matching polish. Otherwise service was good.

Never accept walk in just appointments and when you call and make one they don't have any openings terrible place.
