This review is entirely earned by 1 employee. I didn’t catch his name but I’m assuming he was a manager because he effortlessly helped two very confused employees while also helping me (someone’s who’s never mailed a package). He did everything. All I had to do was answer a few basic questions and pay. Very timely and efficient!

This might be the best recurring customer service I've ever experienced. These folks are SO helpful and go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need. Larry, Richard, Ro and team you guys are the best.

I do all of my printing at this location. During my last visit I was having technical issues during self-service printing. Larry stepped out from behind the counter to help me fix the issue. He was very patient and kind. I appreciate his help and I would recommend this location.

Assistant manager Jesse hooked it up!! He helped me trouble shoot and test print for my art. Richard was cool and helpful too. Totally nice and communicative. Neither of them mansplained or said or did anything creepy, which is sometimes common when working with men. I recommend this as a safe, friendly, and positive place to get prints done. Hopefully it stays this way.

On 7/31/23 I arrived at this FedEx Office because I needed to print out a form from the internet. There were 3 computers - one was being used, one was "restarting" so I sat at the third one. I completed the form and sent it to the printer. It never printed. I asked one of the employees to help. She came to the computer and said "Oh yeah, we've been having problems with this one." She tried to print and nothing happened.She called over another employee, Jesse. Jesse also told me the computer I chose was having problems connecting to the printer. I asked why there wasn't a sign on the computer stating that. He had no answer. If I had known I couldn't print, I never would have chosen that computer. Jesse tried to send my form to a printer "in the back" but he failed.I became upset. I wasted so much time; time I could not afford to waste.I took a sheet from the fax form tablet and wrote on the back "Do Not Use This Computer. Not Connected To The Printer." and taped it to the base of the computer.Jesse did offer to refund my money. While waiting at the cashiers counter I went back to the computer to make sure I had signed out. The sign I made was gone but there wasn't an official one from the company stating that computer could not print. I made a new sign.Extremely poor service not to tell customers before they spend time and money at one of their computers that it will not print.

Quoted me $140 to ship 3 boxes. They packed them poorly without any protection, so they arrived broken. Then I found out they charged me $700+ for this shipment! My claim for damage was denied and they denied my claim with the credit card!

I decided to upload my holiday cards and get them printed and folded this year. Ordered 20 they turned out amazing!!!! The colors and quality were perfect and exactly as described. I ended up ordering more. I will def be going this route in the future. Financially a great move too.

The store staff was fine. But, what a racket! FedEx charged me $65 to send a small package 2-day delivery to Los Angeles. I could have sent the same package for $17 via the post office, but they couldn't guarantee 2 day delivery -- it would be 3 days. And, it absolutely positively had to be there in 2! They sent tracking updates: the package is on the truck, it is out for delivery, then a delivery update: The package will be delivered TOMORROW (the same day the USPS could have delivered it for $17). I spent WAY too long fighting to make sense of the autobot customer service online. Then I phoned. I was on hold for 8 minutes. After some investigation, the rep said that the driver could not leave the package. Why? She did not know. Why didn't the driver call the recipient? She did not know. But she told me that she would tell the driver "that he should leave the package tomorrow." Gosh, I thought that the driver would know that is what I wanted for $65 ...for him to leave the package - not for him to drive it around Los Angeles. This is such a total service failure! ONE JOB - drop off the package. FAIL!I asked if they would adjust my charge - and have me only pay for 3-day delivery. "No, because you chose the 2-day delivery!!" Yes, I know, but that's not what I got! "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." (She said that 5 times - which changes nothing!") IF IT ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY HAS TO BE THERE - DON'T USE FEDEX.
