They didn't fix my truck right the first time. Left me stranded in Anoka. Had to pay for a tow back to the shop. Please make sure the vehicle has been repaired properly before letting the customer drive away.

I was loyal to this shop for years. After two rotten experiences in two weeks I’m done. Twice I went in telling them what needed to be done. Twice they told me I needed to pay for the vehicle checkup. I later learn via a survey from the company that that wasn’t a necessary service and that they still offer a complimentary check of many of the same items as the paid checkup. Furthermore they told me the thing I literally asked them to fix (muffler) is something they can’t fix at their shop. But they tell me that only AFTER I paid for the whole comprehensive checkup when they could have told me that when I asked them to fix my muffler.
Similar thing happened with my other car the next week. I regret being too slow to notice their scheme.
This location no longer respects even their longtime customers.

I had a tire puncture on my way home from work this morning, it was definitely an emergency situation, i pulled my car into this shop since they had good reviews and it was really close and i was worried it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg to get a tire changed but Ryan was willing to work with me and helped me out without me paying anything. Thanks for everything guys, I’ll definitely be going to this shop for my services from now on

I had an emergency situation with my tire being punctured on my way to work and i pulled into here and Ryan was able to help me out so i didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get a spare tire on my car. If i could give this place and give Ryan ten stars i definitely would! Thanks for everything!

A simple oil change and tire rotation has gotten ridiculously expensive but they did find a serious bulge in one tire which they replaced inexpensively thanks to the warranty.

Took my 2002 Chevy silverado in for brake line replacement. They had it ready for me the next day at a fair price, not cheap but not too expensive either. They didnt try and upsell me on anything else. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be coming back.

If I could describe the people in this location in one word, it would be “UNTRUSTWORTHY”. If you are somebody who doesn’t know much about cars and you’re looking for some honest help from people who care. Do not go to this location!I went to them to discuss why my oil tank was constantly running empty and I needed to refill it every few days, they had me pay $50 to leave an adhesive in my tank to tell what the problem was, which is fine, affair, service, when the service was finished, and they “diagnosed” what the problem was with my car, they lied to me and told me that a replacement of my valve cover gasket would solve the issue. A near $390 fix. I said “Okay, if that’s what I need to do, I don’t know about cars, so I will trust their judgment.” Schedule a date, went back to the location only for them to begin processing the fixture and telling me, a.k.a. nickel and diming me, that I needed an additional cleaning of my engine tank and oil change to charge another $90. So I said “OK if that will fix the problem, I will do it”.So at this point I have paid almost $530, and two days later I’m running low on oil again.Took my car to a different mechanic for them to tell me that my problem was in a completely different place and a completely different engine issue as to why my oil tank was constantly low. The crazy part was the mechanic was only supposed to change my spark plugs, and he wasn’t even hired to look at my engine, he could tell me that the problem was different. Firestone, at least this location, is a scam, artist business, full of liars and employees who refuse to tell you the truth, and instead will try to squeeze every dollar they can from you. I will be taking my complaint to a higher management.

Sam and Bee were so friendly and helpful. They found issues on my car that had recently been missed at a different Firestone location. They were very knowledgeable. They took me to my car to show me the problems, and explained things very clearly. They are still helping me find information on fixing this. Also, the store was clean and comfortable with a movie on and popcorn to snack on. It was as pleasant of an experience as it possibly could be when you find out something is wrong with your car.

This might not be the most cost efficient option that exists in the twin cities but am grateful that they exist. My car broke down in downtown during a recent visit. I called around all the other shops within a reasonable vicinity and these folks were the only ones who were willing to have the car towed to them. They called me, explained the issue and only then fixed the issue. Car was working by the time they were done with it. The service was friendly and they were good with the communication.
