I took my car to Patrick here at the store! I told him what I was experiencing he went for a test drive with me so I could show him what I was feeling! Not only did he fix it he did it in amazing time. So if you are looking for a good place to get your car worked on come here! Thank you so much Firestone for hiring this fine manager and thank you patrick for you amazing work! I will be back!

Came in for the first time and after the experience I had, I won’t be coming back. First after being told by my warranty company to come here for my tire pressure sensor I sat here for 2 hours, a hour of which was them trying to figure out billing and the other hour them replacing the sensor. Second after sitting here for 2 hours they bring me my keys and tell me I have to come back because they can’t get the light off. Third I finally get to my vehicle and there are foot prints all over my grey cloth floor mats and it appears to be oil. So I ask the lady if they usually put something down when they get into customers cars? She reply’s “yes”, so I guess they didn’t decide too when getting in my vehicle. I let the lady know it wasn’t ok, she tries and cleans it but because it’s oil it just spreads. I brought it up again when I had to come back in to get the light turned off. She offered to clean it again and I politely declined, because you can’t really clean oil up with canned carpet cleaner and paper towels. Wouldn’t recommend, first impressions are everything and this wasn’t a good one. I guess I just have to go buy a new floor mat now, thanks!

I used talk to text so this might sound weird but i took my car in after having hitting a pot hole and needing an insurance estimate I was just getting an extra estimates as my insurance is going cover the cost. I just need a simple estimate. Just the alignment you know that kind of stuff normal pot hole stuff. Alright so that was thursday. I didn't get in. pick up my car after waiting all day finally go in it's not even In the Bay yet great OK bring it back the next day nothing was done now We are on Monday was told to drop my car off at 11:30. It would certainly be done by 6 PM of course absolutely done by 6 PM . It's not gonna take us that long is what I was told. it showed up at 5 45. My car was still in the Bay. The young lady was fumbling with her paperwork she had no idea what she was doing She handed me a piece of paper that had the results of this inspection that they said they did completely. She said she's not the one who filled it out. And it's clearly her handwriting on the inspection Form. . It was not done because he says that my headlights are working perfectly but my headlights aren't working perfectly because i had a bulb out. They also said that out of my tires were the same exact thread and everything. And that's a complete lie because one of my tires is completely different than the other and I just got it. So then I ask her What about the suspension and the shocks and all of that stuff? Oh they didn't do that OK well? Can he take a test drive with me now? So we can take a look at this so I can get an idea. What's wrong with my car? Oh no I'm sorry he can't leave. He's the only Tech here okayeah OK so can you go with me? Can you take a test drive with me to see if something is wrong with my car? No I'm sorry I can't then she tried to just sell me on $2000 worth of a repair work. That wasn't even accurate because he didn't even do the inspection. I mean the splash shield on the bottom of my car is gone where it's broken. And they marked it as in good condition. I mean they didn't even look at my car so but here's the kicker...... I finally refused to pay because it's been four days and it was supposed to be a free inspection so I refuse to pay They finally gave me my keys but they had to pull my car out of the Bay yet and stood in the Bay door I was gonna get my car out myself but you know it wouldn't have a liability so OK great. I walked back and give her back my keys stay here and he pulled out OK great fun. It's all pushed back nothing has been done in my car. They didn't do anything. Seriously they did not look at anything. But listen to this here's the great big kicker now my window won't roll up. What in the world is wrong with people in the world today? Seriously. I used to talk to text. Sorry if you have to decipher some of that

Wonderful shop, great customer service, and amazing staff. I went to get new tires and some work done on my equinox and this firestone shop did not disappoint. Mike, Pat, and Andrea were all so kind and courteous. They explained everything in detail so well, each step of the way. Thank you!!

Blew out rear passenger tire on 94. After a morning at the DMV, getting a flat on the highway and wating over 2 hours for a tow truck, I was very cranky and tired when I entered Firestone on Old Hudson Road. Staff was friendly & humorous and got me checked in right away. I got a call with an update and estimate within 15 min of dropping my car and I just got home from picking it up. Service was same-day, quick, and definitely affordable - they even gave me 10% off. So thankful - really truned my day around with such friendly service!

One of the staff members thinks he’s terribly funny. He is very confrontational. I ask “What was wrong with it” he replies “Well it’s a Toyota” and refuses to clarify until asked again. I heard him speak to suppliers on the phone in the same way.
Other staff was pushy. I pressed “no” when prompted by card reader about Firestone credit card. I was asked twice more about it by the front staff and had to resort to saying “nonono” as she ignored me and continued to push for the sale.
My keys were lost when I came to pick up my vehicle, this is a clown store. I’ve given it two more stars than it deserves on the assumption that the repair was necessary and well done.
*Im editing my review to add that they told me my vehicle would be finished in 20 minutes. I had my friend drop me off about 40 minutes after that conversation. The staff was rude and pushy, and then they told me that they had lost my keys. When this took a while, I asked what was going on and they said they had found my keys. When I was still waiting. They told me that the repair hadn’t been completed. This isn’t just a clown shop, it’s the whole circus. I’m having my friend pick me back up now.

Seems to be a very well run and organized location with a good group of cohesive, friendly, and competent people. I was there during the daytime-8:00 a.m. crew. Took care of my slow-leaking tire, tire rotation and car care inspecton.
