I always found the people helpful, the place very clean, well lit and secure. I would just be aware that it is not 24 /7 access.

Was able to quickly rent a unit when needed. The clerk was happy and helpful. The facilities are clean and secure.

I checked online to understand their options and then stopped in. The person at the front desk (Dave) showed me a few units. We discussed a bit what I was in need of -- storage of long pieces of trim while we renovate a home -- and he directed me to a unit on the top level that was at the east end of the building with taller ceilings where I could then store the trim vertically, which was also conveniently next to stairs that made it easy to bring up long pieces of trim. This allows me to use the unit much more efficiently. I reserved that unit that day and officially rented it out a few days later. It's now been a week and I've mostly filled the unit (including a chair and couple other items in addition to the trim), which means it is no longer in my way in our renovation. Everything has been really smooth, the two folks I've interacted with on staff were very friendly and helpful, the building is nicely conditioned (temperature and humidity), and the building is also very clean. Five Star Storage is an easy "yes I recommend" for anyone looking for storage in the area.

This has been the best experience moving. The storage place is by far the best. Very clean . VERY secure. And the spaces are amazing. The staff from start to finish have just been the most polite and helpful. From seeing the space before renting to reaching out after to see if i have any questions or problems. Need storage? THIS BY FAR IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO.

Very friendly staff. I felt welcomed & well cared for b/c ALL my questions were answered. I APPRECIATED the walk through of instructions for entry & directions through the labyrinth!! I'd rent again in a heart beat!! Facility is clean!!

I had to rent on an emergency basis, and quickly. Everyone from the phone staff to the gentleman who assisted me in the leasing was fantastic. The facility is incredibly clean, as well as secure. This is how you run a service based company….. Kudos to you guys!!!!
